We've used Zerorez of Boise twice over the course of a couple of years and have been thrilled with the results! We had no major stains (though our dogs do have accidents-- we just treat those as soon as we find them) but while spot treating is one thing we can do ourselves, removing obvious traces of the "high traffic" areas and just general cleaning to bring back the brightness and health of our carpets are things we have to leave to a professional. Zerorez is "truth in advertising" as there is no crunchy residue, the carpets smell clean but not perfumed, and the carpet feels new. The matted down entryways are brought back to life. They are truly excellent in what they do, and we will continue to use and recommend them. Good pricing, too!

I was very happy with my carpet cleaning, and would recommend this company to anyone! The young man that provided the service was so nice and so very careful with wall corners and wore booties every time he came in the door! How great is that! What a nice personable company to do business with.

I unhappy with two issues: first the technician charged me $30.00 additionally for simply cleaning a 3'×10' hallway adjacent to living room. Second technician mentioned that my carpet was "builder grade" meaning sub pat etc. I corrected the Tech by explaining that I, in fact upgraded the carpet three levels trough Colman Homes Design Ctr. This felt like an insult as I've only been in the home 2.5 years as a single adult. I was left with serious reservations.
My carpet and chairs have never been this clean with other companies.

Service personnel are very respectful, knowledgeable and communicate different treatments well. Also, the carpet appears to be very clean.
There was a really "muggy" smell and the carpets were still damp even the next day. Also, most of the stains did not come out - which I think they might have if I had used a company that used soap to clean. I was very happy with all aspects of customer service, just not the product itself.

Employee was nice and professional and the cleaning process seemed to be of good quality. The issue I have is regarding the statement that if furniture is moved out of the way to access areas of the carpet there would be additional charges. I don't recall reading any statements on line regarding furniture placement or movement being an issue. We were allowed to the move the coffee table without additional charges.
Still have carpet stains and pet odor

There are still some traffic areas that are dark. We were told as the carpets dried they would lighten up. It was easy to schedule, the follow up was great, the technician was friendly and professional as well as he called on his way to the appointment and was prompt. I paid about $450 for carpet cleaning with another company previously and my carpets came out pristine and perfect. I'm not so sure about the quality of the product for the price I paid. I would pay more to have a better result.
That it is pet friendly and doesn't leave a residue behind.

I am a Realto and I referred zerorez to my client. The carpet in the home were very dirty and had heavy staining. Zerorez exceeded my expectations, the carpet are now clean without a trace of all the stain. The carpet looks new. I have used many carpet cleaners in the Valley over the years and have never seen such exceptional work. It is a true miricle. The carpet was dry in 2 hrs. and there was no odor it had all been eliminated. This will be the ONLY Carpet Cleaner I ever refer to my Clients in the future.
