That they don't use chemicals.
I like that you don't use soap. And the carpets dry within 8 hours.
Carpet was very wet in all areas. Not sure if this is normal or more water should have been extracted. Tech was very nice and seemed very knowledgeable. It took 24 hours and in some rooms longer for carpet to dry.
The solution keeps my black enamel stove top sparkling.

I like that the carpet is cleaned without chemicals, is soft when dry, the technicians seems knowledgeable and are careful with the cleaning, you clean more than just the carpets.

I was told that my carpet would take 6-8 hours to dry. It was several days before it was dry enough to put my furniture back, and there are a few areas that still haven't dried and it's been over 5 days.
The tech is efficient; will answer any questions; is prompt and provides great service. The carpet is dry in a fairly short period of time. We also had a chair cleaned and is turned out very well.
We had some spots that are no longer dark but they are hard and matted as before. It looks clean but feel hard.
Our carpet is 8 years old, and white, with flecks of other colors in it; therefore, my assessment may be unfair. There were several areas that looked clean initially where the spot has reappeared. The drying time was far longer than your estimates: we vacated the home for the first 24 hours and the carpet was still quite damp in most areas upon our return (maybe my imagination, but the soiled areas seemed to begin showing once we were walking on the damp carpet). The carpet in the two back bedrooms was somewhat crunchy when dried, but has since softened. At this point I have to wonder if empowered water is sufficient for cleaning an older carpet with areas of moderate to heavier soiling.

Your technician was perfectly nice--I just think your procedure, for our purposes, wasn't right. We needed a system that would work on hard water and lots of soap scum.
We like the fact that there are no detergent or chemicals used in the cleaning process.
