The cleaning method is quick but very thorough, not leaving residue. Service people are very friendly and worked with my busy schedule, as well as accommodating my last-minute change in the areas to be cleaned. Extra attention was given to a large nasty spot of un-certain origin and it cleaned up very well and shows no signs of "bleeding through" again. I think it took a little longer to dry this time compared to the other times I had the Zerorez cleaning, but I attributed it to cooler weather and not having windows/doors open as long. I have already recommended your services to several friends.
Could not return anything back ontop the carpets until the next day due to the wetness of the carpet. Wooden floors were a mess - we had to clean them twice. Carpet in the office bubbled up off the pad in several places. We have never seen this before, either the length of time it took to dry nor the bubbling effect, and we have had our carpets cleaned many, many times. We will never use them again.

We have had our carpets cleaned in several different ways over the years. After having the carpets in our home and our RV cleaned by Zerorez Boise the carpets are like walking on a well kept green at a golf resort.
I heard on the radio that you offered 3 rooms for $99.00. On the appointment I was told it was 2 rooms and the 3rd room was only $15.00.
We have used Zerorez before and continue to be very satisfied with the final results and how helpful the people from Zerorez have
been to us.

Zerorez is great. I've used them several times and I'm always impressed with the results.
Basic carpet cleaning prices are not too bad, but anything extra - such as the B water or to put the sealant on is way too high. Also, I appreciate the "educational" component to the carpet cleaning, but sometimes it is a bit over the top. I really just want someone to clean my carpets in an efficient, timely manner. I would rather pay less to get the carpets cleaned if it meant less talk from the carpet cleaners - I have seen 3 separate people so I am not singling out any one in particular.
Thank you for your response- one of our core values is to Educate our customers, but by the third time, you've already heard it! We will continue to train our staff on how to best communicate with you, in being able to understand when you just want things cleaned. We do understand that our prices may be higher than some of our competition, however we feel that the value for those services is very high, and is reflected somewhat in our pricing structure. We have actually lowered, substantially, our pricing on cleaning, such as tile and grout, and other items. Thank you though for letting us know your thoughts on the subject, we will absolutely take them into consideration!

Carpets look great. I was quoted on the phone a price of $183.00 with 3 room special $99, living room $15, bonus room $39, hallway $30 plus the cost of the stairs as I didn't know how many stairs I had. I had 15 stairs which would be $60.00 for a total of $243. But I was charged $39.00 for the living room for a total of $267.00. Just wanted to point out that if someone is quoted a price over the phone, that price should be honored. Thank you.

There is a pet odor that seems to be stronger since we clean carpets.

No soap residue from cleaning. Better dirt extraction. Good interaction with the employee sent to clean the carpet.
Friendly, professional staff. The product takes a while to dry, but once it's dry, it looks great and holds up.
The crew was very polite and courteous. They took their time and I could tell they cared about what type of job they did. They wanted to make sure I was happy with their work. They also took precautions to protect my home from damage and from tracking dirt in on their shoes. They were very professional and they also looked clean and neat. Thank you.
