After coming out the second time the techs seemed to be attentive to my needs. I was not prepared for them to clean the areas I thought that weren't done right the first time, but once they redid the carpets, I am satisfied with the results. I appreciated the service.
Ive always liked Zerorez as a whole. However Boise Zerorez stood up to the Zerorez reputation and came to get the job done.

I was overcharged. I have one hallway and was charged for 2? I have had my carpets cleaned several times before and no one has ever considered the area in the family room the connects to the stairs a hallway?
I called the same day and no adjustments were made. The job was fine other than that.
I like the fact no chemicals are used therefore it is safe for my children and pets. Very friendly service in which I felt comfortable with the technician in my home.
Cleans with water only, no soap residue.
I still see Warren spots brown spots in the carpet where the main traffic area is also the Tech Nick my baseboards in the hallway very noticeable
The sofa cleaning turned out very splotchy. We request a credit of the $120 that we were charged for the job. Will need to have it redone by an upholstery cleaning professional
They are prompt, knowledgeable,friendly and provide quick and efficient service. He also gave us an idea of what it would cost for future services we are thinking about having done.
The scheduling process and notification of when the tech was going to show up was wonderful. And to show up on time was great. As for the product, the carpets are clean and truly have no residue! My grandbabies can run, roll and nap on the carpet without any fuzzes or doggy hair on them. :)
The carpet dried very fast. There was no sticky feeling to the carpet. I walked barefoot, on it, shortly after Nick cleaned things up.
He helped move furniture, and was very pleasant to work with..

We had your service a year ago and we were more pleased with the service and the technician last year. After last year we have recommended Zerorez to another friend and her mom and they were very pleased. I just think it is the difference in the techs. So, no we were not pleased like last year and not sure if we will use again.
Just a couple of things. We had a 15% coupon that we forgot to give to our guys so we didn't get that honored and we would like that honored. I mentioned it when we called for the appt. Also we have one spot in the bedroom that looks dirty that was not there when we initially had the carpets cleaned. Nothing was ever spilled in that room, and I do believe that )Rez did our carpets the last time. Could someone please call us.
I had hoped that your proprietary system would have done a better job of cleaning traffic areas than other companies. That wasn't the case and maybe it is our carpet. No reflection on the technician, Robert was a professional and a very nice kid.
Corbin was a great help. He really strives to do the best job possible and is a main reason why I would recommend Zerorez to family. Definitely a growing asset to your team!
The technician was very courteous and informative.
They are the only carpet cleaners who have been able to remove stains from our carpets. The tech always has tips for us on how to clean, vacuum, etc to keep our carpets nice in-between professional cleans.
The techs are always great guys who respect our home and furnishings; always polite and very helpful and ready to answer all our questions.

The best cleaning job that we have had
I loved the quick response to my request for an appointment and the prompt service . The carpets are beautiful and there was no lingering odor from the process. The dry time was greatly reduced and my carpets do not feel like they have product remaining in the fibers. Amy was delightful to work with and very informative regarding products and carpet problems.

No soap residue and excellent service
I really liked the way Amy Graham cleaned my carpets. She was thorough and professional, arriving right on time and working diligently through the job at hand. Amy was so capable and knowledgeable, recommending stain guard for certain areas of my house and knowing just how to get out those persistent spots that have been bugging me for awhile. I thought she was amazing and I will definitely recommend her to family and friends as well as request her for my house the next time I clean.
The technician, Josh, was very informative, and the cleaning was amazing! Carpets dried within 6 to 8 hours and there was never any smell at all! You guys rock!

Your technician, Amy, walked through everything that I wanted done prior to beginning. She worked directly with the Manager to get me an exceptional price that I had received from an out-of-state Zerorez (I didn't know they were out of state). She was very efficient and very professional.
Awesome service technician, was very customer oriented and very detailed in his work! Corbin was amazing.
The tech was very friendly and straight forward about the product, I like the fact that soap isn't used, we have had bad experiences with companies that use soap in the past.
