you were good on the promise if you didn't like part of it you would redo it.

I made an appointment way in advance on a holiday weekend so I could be guaranteed the 1st appointment of the day because I needed to have the carpet mostly dry by afternoon. no one told me you have training meetings EVERY day, so the guy was 1 hour later than promised. He was very professional and nice. But a lot of the stains I had before the cleaning are still there & one room didn't come totally clean, even tho he went over it 3 times. Not happy with the stains that still show or your customer service people I talked to on the phone. Then I found out I was talking to a CALL CENTER, and it all became clear. Not impressed with Zerorez.

i have had my carpets cleaned for years by traditional methods of cleaning with call backs to the company for various reasons. This is the first cleaning by Zerorez and it by far exceded my expections for the cleaing my 16 year old carpet received! Done right the first time and cleaning was amazing!

Everything went smooth and carpet looks almost new.

The cleaners were extremely professional and personable. I love that they don't use soaps and chemicals. They offered more services but didn't try to hard sell me on something I didn't want.

I had a stain that was not permanently removed when my carpet was cleaned in March. Your service tech came back this week and worked on the stain. It looks like it has been removed permanently. I already emailed to you my complaint as you asked and I did nit get a response. I sure did not get my money's worth when I had to go over the furniture areas because you missed them and clean a spot on the floor that the tech guy said probably would not come out. It was late in the day.

The services are diverse. The products are ecofriendly. The staff is courteous and professional. They arrive within the window provided.

I had the rep do a pet stain removal in our hall, my carpet looks like it has been bleached. It is no longer the same color as the rest of the carpet. Thinking about calling and complaining.

Our tech was very friendly and did an excellent job. Everything in the process was done as represented by your company. I'll most definitely use Zerorez again and would certainly recommend to my friends and relatives.

Saved our carpet. Amy, the tech was very knowledgeable, friendly, confident in their products. Besides the cat urine, she was able to remove heavy traffic markings as well. Another company had the carpet cleaned prior to our purchasing but the heavy traffic markings were still left behind. The whole carpet just looked brighter. Would highly recommend their services.
