The work was good and the carpet looks great, but Tamara was argumentative and abusive. She harshly asked me questions (at least six times) about a past business transaction with the company that I couldn't remember. They drug their hoses across new grass seeding patches on the lawn. Did not like it when she quoted a price of $2,000 for carpet protectant in a sarcastic manner. "For you, two thousand dollars." Tamara left door open while she was out using her phone and many flies came in. The equipment was all congested at the front door entryway and I hit my shin bone on the fan that has legs that extended sideways. I almost fell because I have MS, which she made light of when mentioned.
The young man, who did all the work, did a fine job. We also noticed that the price at least doubled since about six months ago. We would recommend Zerorez if the price were more reasonable and Tamara was not the serviceman. Thanks for reading.
You are professional and on time. Super friendly too !
I LOVE that there is no residue left over. We work with the elderly and don't feel that exposing them to chemicals from Carpet Cleaning is smart.
On time and did a decent job.
No odor
The serviceman was very friendly and professional. The carpet looked great when it was first finished. After it dried, one area looked a little streaked with clean lines next to darker lines. We called Zerorez and they came back out the next day and gave it a second treatment. This time it did the trick. No questions asked or trouble regarding the re-do. That's an A+ in my book.
The carpet was quite wet in 2 of rooms and took about two hours longer to dry than I was told they would. The cleaner was nice enough but visited a lot which took him longer to get the job done. I found two very wet spots that took until the next day to dry. More even moisture and cleaning would be Better.
Also, several months back when Zerorez cleaned my carpet they were supposed to spray a protectant and I really don't think
They did. Or they didn't do it thoroughly or heavy enough. When dog peed it didn't set up on carpet and I noticed that several times.
To be honest I was disappointed in those things, but they got carpet cleaned up well. Thanks
They products worked and cleaned my carpet and tile.
Very quick to get done and the carpet felt great afterwards.
Spot remover seems to have worked. Okay with everything else.
No soaps and chemicals and super clean carpet!
gets the work done, with no odor.

No harsh chemicals.
Nice guy, efficient and we'll informed about your process.
My carpets and furniture look great. The workers were very professional and helpful. They were prompt. And your touch up services are great.
The technicians were so professional. they answered all my questions and my carpet is so beauiful, excellent work!
I like how clean my carpet is now and how fast it dried. The technician was very friendly and professional. I also like that my furniture was protected by corner gaurds.
A little too sales-y for me. I don't need all the explanation of how it works/what the cleaners are doing. If my carpets are clean when they are done, I'm happy.
I was very satisfied with the results of my cleaning services. I was very disappointed with the charges that were assessed. From previous experience with another vendor, I advised Nick and Amy that I was not interested in the protectorant. Amy convinced me to observe the attributes of the protectorant demo; I agreed. Thereafter, I inquired as to the cost of the protectorant treatment. $ 35.00 was quoted and I agreed. When finished, my bill reflected $ 35.00 PER ROOM...not $ 35.00 total for the protectorant. I felt ripped off and tricked. Nice job Nick and Amy...instead of creating a lifetime customer who would provide referrals, you created ill will. Was it worth it?
The professionalism, customer service and the product itself.
you are not adding more soap to my carpet like other cleaning agencies do.
The process is well explained and the carpet is nice and clean and I do not feel
the harsh residue from your cleaning.
Carpets and chairs look great. The young men were very professional and helpful
-charged almost $800 before my carpets and furniture were cleaned is concerning. When I asked family, friends and co-workers how much did they think it cost for me to get my carpets and furniture cleaned, they weren't anywhere close to the amount I paid. They were stunned how much was charged.
-charged for 16 stains. There were not 16 stains on the carpet. He wrote the bill before he even cleaned, and I was there when he wrote the bill, and he definitely wasn't looking for stains prior to the bill writing. (In fact, there was and is still a stain on a bedroom carpet that he didn't get cleaned. I guess his limit was 16.
-was to be called when he was done cleaning to let me know so I could return home. He started cleaning at approximately 10 a.m., and by 5:30 p.m. still had not received a call. He never called.
-hot water from kitchen sink was streaming (small stream, but still streaming) from faucet when I arrived home. (He stated he got a phone call while use the kitchen faucet, and he just got distracted.)
-residue was left in several places on the hardwood floor. I cleaned it up, for didn't feel confident that he would clean it properly.
-scratches were left on my hardwood floor, but he stated there was no way he could have scratched the hardwood floor...I guess it was just a fluke that it somehow was there after he left.
-wall on each side of the stairway was chipped - numerous places...and it was obvious it was by him, for the wall/paint chips were on the carpet when I got home. He touched up the paint.
-when I scheduled with Zerorez, it was stated that the carpets and furniture wouldn't be as wet as other carpet cleaners and that it wouldn't have that stiff feel to the carpet and furniture...it was wet and stiff.
-the reason I made the appointment in the first place was to have an area jute rug cleaned. He stated to be before I left my house so he could clean the carpets, that he would let me know if that jute area rug could be cleaned. He never gave me the info; I had to ask him when he came back to inspect the not so great job that he did cleaning my carpets and furniture. He stated that jute rugs can't really be cleaned, that they never really look clean.
He was nice when he came to do the carpets and furniture, and was still basically nice when he came back to inspect the issues after he had cleaned, but he was denying and/or defending the issues that they didn't happen or they weren't a big deal.
It would have been nice to have felt I was a valued customer being serviced by a professional carpet cleaner.

I really like the cleaning process. When dried the carpet feels so good on your bare feet. No sticky residue that you get with other carpet cleaners. I also really like Josh T. He did our carpets the first time and I asked for him this time. Josh is knowledgeable, meticulous, and does great work. Highly recommend Zerorez and Josh!
The representative was professional, courteous, prompt to show up, and did a great job!
Josh showed up on time and did a thorough job. I like that the products don't have a smell of any kind. Thanks for your help.
Friendly prompt service. No strong soaps (chemicals) used. No smell or residue left behind. Good cleaning results.
More honest in your radio ads.
