Cleaning my carpet without using chemicals. It's amazing how clean the crew succeeded with removing the dirt, stains, and puppy urine!
the gentleman that came was very professional, but the recliner still had marks left on it after it was cleaned. $70 dollars seemed a little excessive for a recliner.

I was disappointed in the guy who came to clean our carpet. He was more interested in trying to sell me on his personal business of health products of his multi-level marketing scam than he was about cleaning our carpet. When leaving he even gave me his person business card as he was asking me to give him good reviews on this survey. I'm sorry I tossed out his card, but I think his name was Corbin. The carpets came clean for the most part, except for the high traffic area at the top of the stairs.

The service was great and the price outstanding. There were a few stains that have showed up since the cleaning but, overall I am very happy with the cleaning.

Although Nick was a very polite and knowledgeable tech our carpet now has stripes of clean and dirty in the living room.........we need this fixed and would appreciate a re visit to fix the problem

The carpets were much cleaner using thus system than others we have tried. We could also have multiple services done at the same time, in our case carpet and tile.

My carpets always look brand new after you come. With most carpet cleaners that only last a month or two but your service seems to last much longer. It is usually almost a year before I feel like they need a boost again!
