Friendly, competent guys who did a great job cleaning my carpet (and they didn't try to sell me on more services than I wanted). Couldn't ask for anything more or better.

How quickly it dried
Professional and courteous. Did everything they said they would from phone calls in advance, to showing up on time, to quality work and care and concern for my home which is almost unheard of these days. I will use Zerorez in the future!
The prompt service was nice
Josh did a super job of getting rid of a very nasty stain I had on my carpet. He worked and worked and worked on it until it was gone. I was very pleased with his efforts!
This carpeting is not very high quality to begin with but I can't bear the thought of moving out while its replaced just yet. Zerorez has cleaned about 4 times now and the carpeting certainly is NOT getting more worn out but has actually improved in texture and appearance.
Each Tech has been superbly friendly and efficient.
Include stain treatment as an integral part of the service.

The cleaning is very effective and it seems to last longer than the other companies -- Josh cleaned our carpets. He was very pleasant to work with, very thorough and helpful, and did a fabulous job.

I was very please with the service and knowledge of your employee. We will be using your company again. Also, we purchased the spray bottle cleaner for my laminate/tile flooring and I was very impressed of how well this chemical free product works! I'm glad this was suggested to me...
My carpet is now very spoted and according to those who cleaned it there is not much that can be done to reverse this situation. I have talked with Dave the owner of the Boise franchise and he agrees. I do owe Dave a phone call and make that call either today or tomorrow.
