Zerorez did all they promised when I scheduled the appointment. Carl called 15-20 minutes prior to arrival. He was earlier than the earliest possible time, which I know is not always the case, but was great for us. The price was as quoted. Carl answered all my questions, did a walk-through prior to starting to be sure he understood the job requested, treated my house with respect (used corner protectors on the walls, avoided as much as possible scraping the walls with the hoses, etc.) and did a final walk-through with me to assure my satisfaction prior to stowing his gear.

Realistic about what the products does and how it clean which seems logical compared to other carpet firms I have worked with and countless other carpet vendors wanting to do business with us. We are exceptionally pleased with all the work that Zeroez has done. They have cleaned our carpets several times and yesterday we had them clean our vents and also our floor tile. I have recommended them to different people.
I like that there is no soap in the product and it doesn't leave a residue. Our carpet looks brand new, even after our dog has been sick.

We really liked your service. The tech was on time, professional, very nice and personable and we felt he was very knowledgeable. He did an excellent job on our carpets. In the past when when getting our carpets cleaned they get in, make one pass over the carpets and are done. This tech worked VERY hard to get our carpets cleaned and explained about the areas that didn't clean up like he would have liked and recommended other cleaning solutions. We were very impressed with him and ZEROREZ. We will definitely use your service again and will recommend to others.
