My carpets and couches look amazing. I also really appreciated that I asked them to clean my couches and even though it was late in the day, they did a fantastic job. Also, I can breathe easier in my house. They took out alot of dirt out of my house. I would recomend them to anyone.
The level of care is ideal. The service makes you feel that they sincerely care about the results and your satisfaction.
I was disappointed that several spots remained, although lighter. I thought they should come out. Another spot was from red wine and I do realize that is very difficult so I accept it but the others I thought should come out.
We schedule our appointment online for 2-4 in the afternoon. Curt showed up after 6 (he called to let us know he was running late). After he left I was inspecting our sectional and noticed a lot of dark stains that were missed on the edges and corners. I took a damp rag and was able to get the majority of the stains out myself. I thought that's what we were paying you to do! Curt was very courteous!
The rep was nice and looked professional. The carpets looked great despite being very old.
The cleaning was awesome and the guy who cleaned was awesome and friendly and we would request him any day! The only thing we had trouble with was we scheduled 2 weeks ahead and asked for the earliest appointment due to the fact we HAD to be on the carpet later that day and they assured us there was no one on the schedule and it wouldn't be a problem to put us first. When contacted about coming they didn't come until the 7pm. It was a little disappointing. Other than that it was a great cleaning.

I have been slow to have my carpets cleaned because in the past they seemed to get dirtier faster afterwards due to the residual cleaning agents in the carpet. I was anxious to try something new. It has only been four days since you were here but so far I am pleased. As you were packing up and the carpet was still damp, I could tell that it was clean-no slippery soap residue left behind. I was also very impressed with how you restored the high traffic areas and soiled spots.
I was also VERY impressed with Carl. He has a great personality, works diligently on the project, was patient with distractions (kids) and was willing to take some add-on requests with no issue. You have a great team member in him.

One of the four rooms didn't clean up very well and it was one that I didn't think would be a problem.
I found some overspray onto my shoes in the closet, and some residue from tile cleaning in the corners that should have been wiped up. Puddles were left on the tile that I mopped up myself. Otherwise, the job was well done.

There are no soaps or products used that will stay in the carpet. It turned out beautifully and they even got a stain out that the last carpet cleaner couldn't remove.

When the first cleaning didn't turn out as good as I thought it should, you returned and did a redo and focused on the spots that didn't clean up the first time. The rugs now look great.
