We were very pleased with the service and the serviceman named Chris. He was very efficent and personable. He did a great job on our carpets and explained how to keep them in good shape after the cleaning. The house smelled so clean after the process was completed as well. You took 7 year old dirty carpets and made them look like new, seriously!! Then came back after we had a small one and took care of that one too! You rock!
