Dave has cleaned our carpets before and is friendly and professional. I like that my carpets come clean with out chemicals and I can feel good about our dog and the family laying on the carpet afterwards. The carpets dry fast and look great. Zerorez has removed many stains which I have been unable to get out of my carpet. I would definitely recommend Zerorez to my friends.

The service man was very polite and courteous. He was informative, friendly and efficient; comfortable to have in our home. The carpet looks great after he cleaned it with Zerorez. I have had other cleaners in the past and it is true; the carpet retains the soap and doesn't feel as clean. Our carpets now are lighter, cleaner feeling and the nap seems to have been restored-more bouncy when you walk! Thank you.

Cleans well without chemical smell or residue. I don't have to worry about airing out the house or letting my kids walk barefoot on the carpet. Lack of residue will help my carpets stay clean and will make them last longer.

On my last contact for this appointment, she said we had to have at least a $200 order. I didn't like that at all. WE have had you come twice. Since the first visit was a nice order, you honored this visit though it was under $200. This could affect any further orders.

Our carpets look great!

This was my second service. The first one was excellent, the young man spent a good amount of time cleaning my carpet with very little time wasted in unimportant conversation and. I was thoroughly pleased. Second one good. Too much small talk, and little time cleaning the carpet. Paid $30 extra to have a wine stain removed and it is only slightly lighter and he said that it was gone. I am not happy with this cleaning.

It was quick, my carpets were cleaned, and my house feels much cleaner!

Great Staff! Easy to schedule. We had one spot on the carpet in our office that we had been told was basically ruined and there was nothing that could be done. Dave wasn't sure what he could do either, but he ended up improving the dark spot by about 90%! Fantastic. We will use this service again as well as recommend it to others.
