no soap, dries fairly fast, spots cleaned up great, am waiting to see tho how soon they might pop up again if they do, as it takes awhile, because carpet is old...

Like that there's no residue left behind. Grout cleaning service was great and did a wonderful job. Tech was friendly and worked hard to make out carpets and tile/grout CLEAN. A little glitch with tech on phone over price, but all issues were resolved and fair.

Chris was very helpful and answered our questions. We have some areas in the master bedroom that remain dark after the carpet dried. To us it appears to be a heavily traffic pattern with the carpet well worn in that area. All other areas look great along with other rooms he cleaned.
No harsh chemicals-
Wife was not happy with dog pee smell in her home office after first cleaning- Zerorez came back and redid that room willingly to her complete satisfaction!

IT REALLY WAS A DIFFICULTY CARPET TO CLEAN AS IT HAS BEEN DOWN FOR QUITE AWHLE. I DON'T KNOW THAT I AM REALLY BOUGHT IN TO NO SORT OF CLEANING FLUIDS??? IT HAD SOME AREAS NOT SO GOOD BUT I TOOK DILUTED VINGER AND WENT OVER IT AND AREAS CAME CLEANER AND BRIGHTER.

I've had my carpets cleaned and I like the clean results without the use of chemicals. I just had my furnace air ducts cleaned and am happy with the service.

No residue cleaning. We are hoping that the carpets will not trap the soil without residue. Chris was great to explain the process, very prompt and efficient. He was able to clean our auto seats because he completed the carpets ahead of schedule.
