The job that was done was phenomenal! The carpets looked great. The drying time was minimal. I liked the extraction method used. The people were great to work with and VERY helpful. If I could give them a rating above a 10, I would. I will definitely be calling again for the next cleaning and will recommend to all who ask (or don't ask!)
I paid quite a bit extra for a special chemical treatment in one of my rooms. The smell is worse in there now than it was before.

I have been having carpets cleaned on a regular basis for 40+ years. Never have they been as clean and soft as when Zerorez cleaned them. I waited about 10 days before doing this feedback to see if the stains reappeared. They have not. They are very professional, showed up on time and went the extra mile. I am TOTALLY impressed and have recommended them several times in the last week. they are now my "Go To" carpet cleaners.
We did send out an email to 20 neighbors....The tech was great and the carpet looked good and seemed clean.....usually when we have our
carpets cleaned they tend to stand up(not in high traffic areas) for a few weeks.....in a few areas it didn't look too clean after it dried but
it could have been the lighting......

Our VERY dirty carpet came out looking and feeling clean. Dave explained extra services available that would address issues with carpet, but at no time did I ever feel pressure to utilize those services. I really appreciate that! I was notified of arrival time, which insured I wouldn't have to spend my day off waiting around for someone to show up. You arrived when you said they would. Service was very professional yet friendly...a great combination. I have recommended Zerorez to several friends, and will continue to do so.
The carpets are so soft when you are done. I like the natural manner of cleaning the carpets. Please...huge thanks to, and appreciation for, Chris, who cleaned my carpets this past Saturday. He did a marvelous job, was friendly, efficient, thorough, and professional. I think he deserves a raise!!!!

There were a couple of places wherethere were Perry stains from before we bought this home...our tech.Dave Grigsby...not only got the stain out but the smell also .I have already scheduled for a cleaning in 6 months...you guys are GREAT!!!!!!!
I am not convinced that the Zerorez system (no cleaning agents or detergents) cleans/sanitizes as well as other hot water systems w/cleaning agents. Please refer me to on-line resources (if any)that compare the different systems. Thank you.

HOW GREAT THE CARPET LOOKS & YOUR GUY WAS POLITE AND EXPLAINED VERY WELL WHAT HE WAS GOING TO DO AND AFTER AGAIN WHAT TO EXPECT AS DRYING TIME.
