I most appreciated that a knowledgeable adult man came to clean the carpet instead of a pimply boy who doesn't know much.

Reasonably priced and lack of chemicals. However, there is one 8-9 inch spot that did not come out. I have asked my sister repeatly what it was that was spilled there..cannot remember. Soooo, when I ask you back this fall..we'll get it cleaned up.

My only problem is that I own apartments and need a quick turn-around and so I need to be able to schedule cleaning in a short time-frame. Extracting of water; carpets were pretty damp afterward & it took all night long with fans blowing in all the rooms to facilitate the drying process.

Clean fresh smell.

The carpets were not clean, left very wet, and even though a manager came right out to do it again (and they were much better after that), I would be hesitant to recommend Zerorez to a friend since they weren't cleaned well the first time. I will probably try the company again because they did make it right but will be careful to see that they are cleaned well the first time.
