I was impressed by how well the carpets looked when First name removed was finished with the cleaning. The chairs also looked new again after he cleaned them.
No chemicals used in cleaning the carpet. We thought the carpet was ruined, it was so dirty. Zerorez was able to get most of the spots out and the carpet looks so much better. Service tech seemed very knowledgeable and was friendly.

I most appreciated that a knowledgeable adult man came to clean the carpet instead of a pimply boy who doesn't know much.
Reasonably priced and lack of chemicals. However, there is one 8-9 inch spot that did not come out. I have asked my sister repeatly what it was that was spilled there..cannot remember. Soooo, when I ask you back this fall..we'll get it cleaned up.

The method used to clean my carpets and how clean they were after the work was finished. We plan to have Zerorez back to do two bedrooms and take our wool carpets in for cleaning. The first two carpets were a test of the product and methods and we are impressed. Thanks for the good work performed by Chris.
When our carpet was done the first time I wasn't very pleased. I got a call from Zerorez wanting to know why. I explained to the gentleman and he came over to my house promptly and recleaned my carpet. It looks fantastic! I was very pleased with the prompt service and customer care. I would highly recommend your service to anyone.
