Dries quickly & awesome customer service.
First, I liked Dave and was very comfortable having him in my home. I trusted him to get my carpets clean and do everything your company represents and stands for. Second, I was extremely impressed with the way the carpets turned out looking after they dried. They are VERY CLEAN!!! I can't wait until I have the money to have Zerorez clean my Ethan Allen sofa and the rest of my home. You have a new customer for life!!! Price did not accurately reflect total SF of house. I had an Amazon coupon for $59 for three rooms up to 200SF. I had a total of six rooms. All of the rooms were well under 200SF (approx 144SF)except for the living room. Total SF cleaned was 1260 SF (I measured each room exactly). By my numbers, 6 rooms @ $59 x 2 = $118(1200SF)+$25 (walk-in closet)= $143. The additional 60SF of the living room should not have cost an additional $20. Based on total SF cleaned I should have only been charged $143 with coupon, not $163.
