Easy to book an appt. and Dave gets to you asap. Thorough, very clean, no residue, no fumes, gets rid of stains on carpet and on upholstery. The guys are fast, efficient, polite and take good care of my home; careful to protect my walls,wood floors and furniture while pulling in hoses, etc to shampoo carpet. Love Zerorez Have scheduled Dave at least 7 to 8 times in the last 10 months.

Maybe take more time to dry carpet and make sure it is really clean. Shampooed yesterday at 12:30 and still wet spots tonight at 10 some 32 hours later.

I live in a small townhome and I understood the Livingsocial covered 3 rooms. When the tech got here he said my living room/ dining room were considered 2 rooms, although I understand they do function as 2 rooms, the area is very small with no walls between. I was very disappointed when he said I had to choose between my dining room and very small (measures 3' x 6') hallway. So what I got cleaned is a bedroom, my small living room and a tiny hallway. I'm not sure I would return to your business. Perhaps you could sell your services by the square foot, because I know my rooms are considerably smaller than most.

You were so accommodating of our schedule and had immediate availability. The carpets look great! I look forward to seeing whether the "clean" sticks or if the stains come up in the next week as they have with other companies. Cleaning g grout in master shower looked as if he did nothing. I cleaned it Fter zeroed was here with. Insofar and a toothbrush and it now looks 100 times better.
