I appreciate Zerorez' environmentally friendly cleaning process very much. The scheduling process is extremely easy. The technicians have always been very informative in explaining the process and giving feedback aboutt the condition of the carpet and furniture and how to care for it between cleanings.They offer other services and explain the benefit of those services. They do their job efficiently and quickly, and ask questions about anything more they can do. I do love Zerorez!

Crews are always friendly, knowledgeable & prompt.
The guy who did the work was nice and didn’t try to pressure me into any service I didn’t want. He did a thorough job working around furniture we didn’t want to move. The carpet came out fluffy and clean and there was no perfume or chemical odor. The cleaning completely got rid of the dog odor in the room.The only thing I would want to let people know is that it takes a while to dry and they should plan on staying out of the rooms for a couple of days.
Steve was amazing! Called 25 min out, came in slippered and masked, explained how the cleaning would work best...i.e. stains, heavy traffic areas and longer lasting carpet with treatment and then turned our dingy carpet into air dried silky fibers again. He exemplifies customer service to the fullest. Thank you Steve and Zerorez.
