The carpets are fresh and clean and it helped get rid of the smell of new carpet(it was overwhelming as we had over 1000 sq feet of new carpet installed). I will be scheduling our next appointment with zerorez and recommend them to everyone!!

Did what we asked!

I prefer the Zerorez process over other conventional cleaning methods. Their services were endorsed by friends and neighbors in the area so I gave them a try. I'm completely satisfied with my first experience and will use them again. The technician, Anthony, was exemplary and very professional in performing the work. I would ask for him again!

I like how clean everything is. My carpet doesn't have an odor, in fact no smell at all, just clean. Even the technician you sent us was very clean and so was his equipment he hauled all the way up to the 3rd floor. He is very informative and knowledgeable, plus super nice.

The technicians was very good and did a fantastic job!

Only time will tell but at this point 2 days after cleaning carpets look good. There is one spot of red that did not come out and I don't know what it is. The technician was pleasant and seemed to be knowledgable. I would like to be able to get some of your spot remover. I forgot to ask the technician when he was here.
