Friendly, fast and clean carpets!

The carpet looks amazing. Didn’t take much time to dry. It didn’t take much time for the technician to complete.
Josh was on time, polite, and efficient. He followed the Covid protocol by wearing a mask (although vented, which you should be aware does not protect the customer from him since he is able to exhale through it), and booties. Please suggest that your techs wear un-vented masks. I was pleased with the overall cleanup. There were a couple of areas which I requested Josh hit once more and that improved the quality. There was a discrepancy over pricing which needs to be addressed. The cleaning occurred on the weekend so I was told it will be handled during this week. I am hopeful that this will be resolved today. Overall, I am a huge zerorez fan!

Service was timely and fast. The technician was friendly and professional.
The house smelled fresh and clean, and the carpets dried quite quickly. The representatives were courteous, and offered several small tips...ie: recommended someone who could stretch our carpets! Our fabric chairs cleaned so well, they look new! The best carpet/furniture cleaning company in the Valley.
They called before they came with an estimated time of arrival - which actually was exactly right on.
The price was reasonable.
They explained the process - I asked if a piece of furniture could be cleaned - other companies and said it wasn't possible. I was told it was possible and the best time way for it to be done - but it is very tricky so I'm sure that's why others said No.
The rugs look great - didn't take long to dry at all.
I would definetly use them again.

The technician was very professional and polite. He listened to what was needed and then did a great job in cleaning the carpets. He was patient and helpful. My carpets look amazing.
Andy was polite and friendly. He was on time and explained the process well so there were no surprises. Billing was easy and we were able to take care of it face to face. We did carpet guard protection but t think I would be wise just to do it each year.
The carpets were very clean and they dried quickly.
Leaves no residue and house smells fresh and clean afterwards plus carpets dry fast.

i did not know that cleaning the tracks was extra when just cleaning the outside of the windows.
Next time I will request taking the screens off when cleaning the outside of the windows. Some debris was left on the screens.
The service person was great. Arrived on time and texted me he was enrt prior to arrival. Once here he addressed the pet stains I had tried to remove and he made them go away. I showed him the issues I was having with a large area of plank wood floor. He made a phone call to his boss and within a half an hour the machine arrived. He did a great job on the wood floors and resolved that problem also. I would definitely recommend Zerorez to anyone.

cleaning was done in a timely manner and the technician explained every step as he went through his process. Very friendly and courteous. Carpet was cleaned with no chemicals and no after smell on the carpet.
