We were very, very happy with the technician, Anthony, who visited our home to clean our carpets. Very courteous, and careful, and friendly. He arrived on time, didn't hurry through the cleaning process and left the house in perfect order. We will use Zerorez again if we can get Anthony!
The Zerorez Technician (Steve), arrived at the scheduled time, performed his work in an entirely professional manner and was so attentive to our needs while in our home. Despite our old, stained carpets and furniture, he persevered until everything looked presentable again! We are grateful that now we can postpone costly replacement of our floor coverings for another few years.

I had some stains of concern on my carpets and showed them to the young man. I thought he would recommend a special spot cleaning if they were resistant. He thought they all came clean with the initial cleaning. They did not.
He was on time, used foot and face coverings. He worked hard and finished in a timely fashion

Great products! The first round of cleaning went well but the technician didn't do a great job explaining how to get rid of the urine smell from my new puppy. I had to have you come out a second time a week later and our second tech was much better at explaining the situation and did a deep clean for 50% because of the trouble of coming back a second time. I was very satisfied with the work he did the second time. Thank you.

Zerorez is pretty awesome! My technician was amazing and full of great information. My house smelled like wet dog before they came and now it just smells clean. My old carpet is fluffy I love it.

My experience with Zerorez carpet cleaning so far has been great. They even took my area rugs back to their facility to get them really clean! I can't wait to see how they have turned out, because my carpets look fantastic!
Zerorez was highly professional and efficient. My nearly 20 year old carpets turned out beautifully without any lingering odors or residue. The technician was polite and very mindful in protecting the furniture while cleaning. I will use Zerorez again.
My carpets are still damp after 3 days in some areas. Now my carpets smell musty and like dog urine. The whole reason I tried your service was because of your claim that they dry more quickly then normal cleaning services.
I did not appreciate all the upsales and add on's the day of the service. If you are going to claim that your pet stain removal product is so great then sell it as one product instead of charging for the enzymes and odor removal separately.
It is also interesting how one visit will call a 2x5 walk in closet area a room but when a 3 room minimum coupon is trying to being used it is not considered a room. Very frustrating trying to budget for the cleaning.

It is easy to get an appointment, no long waiting period. I have been able to request the same
technician that has done my work in the past. He is there when he says he will be there is courteous, friendly and does a great job for us. My carpets look great and they are not by any means new, so that says alot.

I like the fact that there was no overwhelming smell from the minimal cleaning chemical. I’m really sensitive to smells so that was great! The carpets are very clean and the pet smell is gone.
