I think the service is good. I am going to do some price comparisons. I try to wait for a special. I have a small place and I don't necessarily feel I need to pay as much as I do to clean it compared to other size houses.However I am never disappointed in the results

The technician, Ezekiel, was very expert at his job and did a terrific job cleaning our carpets on two occasions during the month of September. On a rating of 1-10, he is definitely a 10! We hope he is still working for Zerorez when it's time to clean our carpets again.
