My experience has always been a good experience with very hard working techs.
My technician was awesome.
I would probably recommend Zerorez to others because they obviously have the ability to clean carpets well. However, I might warn them to make sure the cleaners do a thorough job the first time. When the first person cleaned our carpet, it seemed like it was done too quick and I was worried that it wasn't cleaned well. Thinking it might look better when it dried, I waited only to see that it was worse than I expected. When I called to let them know that our carpet looked terrible, they were quick to get someone else out the next day. This time, 2 cleaners came and they spent twice as long cleaning it. The carpet looked amazing afterward! However, although they apologized for the inconvenience, they didn't take ownership of the reason they had to come out a second time. They kept commenting that our carpet was old and that's why it didn't clean well. Or, that we hadn't cleaned it often enough so it was super dirty, so that's why it didn't clean well. It would have been nice to at least have them acknowledge that the first cleaner did a terrible job.
Great carpet cleaning with no residue left behind. However, they should wear masks when in a home during covid.
The tech that came couldn't have been more helpful with information and dealing with some changes that I made. No hassle, very polite. I also very much appreciated that he wore a mask. Thank you for that.

Job was great carpets were just much wetter than I expected and there was still a spot on carpet once job was done. You couldn’t see it until it dried a little.
We really like working with you. Our tech Nick was awesome! On time, polite, very knowledgeable, did a great job! He succeeded at removing the coffee from our new carpet room looks great!! We enjoyed having him at our place and will ask for him when we contact zerorez again in the future . Well done guys!

Dries pretty quickly
Very pleased with the results of the two rugs you cleaned for me. It restored the beautiful brilliant colors in the rugs. You also did a great job cleaning the fringes of the rugs. They are good as new:O)!
How the carpet looks wet is pretty much how it is going to look dry, so if you see streaks, it needs to be gone over again until they are gone. It will save having to come back later for re-doing.

I’m sorry to say but I was in the believe that you take away most of the water used to clean the carpets. I was told by the guy who cleaned our carpets that it would take 3 and maybe 8 hours for the carpet to dry completely. He arrived around 8:30 AM and left around10:30. The carpet was finally dry the next day with a few damp areas. The one area that I was most concerned about was not throughly cleaned. Still have some dark spots. Your price is right but your delivery is way lacking. Hope this helps you for future appointments.

The Zerorez technician, Andy, did a great job! Our rugs looked almost new afterwards which was amazing considering they are 20 years old! Andy even took a before and after picture - it was shocking! He even got spots out that I would have bet money that they'd be impossible to remove! He was very careful with wearing a mask, booties and gloves too.
My carpets look new! This was my first time using your company and it won't be my last! Jack, the technician, was very polite and thorough. I will definitely request him the next time. Thank you!
