Zerorez is always on time, they work efficiently and do a great job!
The two employees that came to my house where very nice and they were at my house for a few hours. However, my couch barely looks any different than before they cleaned. I don’t think zerorez has a good cleaning solution. I feel like a threw $370 out the window.

I had my carpets cleaned in a house I have for sale. The carpeting is old but high quality. They were able to make them look good and were very professional. I would recommend your service as they did wonders with the carpet in basement as well.

I already contacted a representative and the solution was to clean the carpets again and that is not a positive solution at this point we have moved in and there are large pieces of furniture in the room.

Always keeps in good communication. I especially love the fact that they call when they’re 20 minutes out; that way I can run errands and still be available when they get there. They have removed stains that I thought would never come out!! I’ve used them for several years and would never go anywhere else!
The technician that came out was very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. I will ask for him again in the future. He should get a raise and no he didn't ask me to say that. My carpet looks great. He was able to get out some aweful stains from my dog.
Very friendly and knowledgeable about the service. He gave suggestions on what we could do to prolong the life of our carpet. He was able to get the stains out. We are very happy with the way they turned out, looks amazing.

Service is great. Beginning with customer service all the way to technician service. Zerorez has done a wonderful job on all three projects that I have hired them to perform (carpets, hardwood floors and wool rug).

The technician was nice and respectful. I just didn't think my carpet got as clean as I was hoping. I only had a few spots and I can still see most of them. Once he added in the extra spray for pet odors, I thought it was pretty expensive for not being thrilled with the results.

He did an amazing job! I was well educated on the process and he did a great job!
I had an appointment on 7/7/20. 2-5pm for a move out clean.I waited for a call or text. The cleaner(s) never showed up. I called at 5:30.
The CSR said he was not sure what happened and apologized.I confirmed my cell number with him, and Set a new appointment for the next day 11-2pm. The tech had the wrong number, and I had to call to find out if they were coming. He arrived at 1:45.I had an enzyme treatment done to one room for a pet stain. $30.. I mentioned to the tech that Zerorez didn't show up yesterday, and he gave me $10 off. I am a retired business owner, and always tried to keep my customers happy. I feel the enzyme treatment should have been taken care of by zerorez for the no show the day before.
I liked that I could have my vents, upholstery and carpets cleaned by the same company. Your representative was very polite and professional and did a great job!
Steve was SUPER kind and informative. Extremely thorough. I was home cleaning the entire time and felt completely comfortable. He was very concerned about making sure we were satisfied and asked multiple times. We really appreciated his time and your company’s product/service.
No harsh chemicals
Our carpets have been through many dog accidents, and we have two small boys that run and wrestle all the time. Our carpet looked and smelled horrible before. I’m happy to report it looks new again, and it smells and feels clean and fluffier too. Thank you Zerorez!
Professional service even thought it was late in the day. My carpet is clean and sanitized without harmful chemicals. I will always use uour services it absolutely never disappoints

Carpet wet longer than the 4-8 hours I was told. Thorough job, personable employee, too much talk about how much better your company was and why. Don't feel the quality was that much better than other companies I have had out-especially for the price.
I had a rug cleaning scheduled for yesterday. When the rep showed up he was not wearing a mask even though the City of Boise has mandated masks due to the recent spike in Covid cases. We ended up opting for the rugs to be taken to your shop to be cleaned instead. Due to the size and weight off the rugs both my son and I had to help carry the rugs out to help the rep get them in the van. This wouldn't normally have been an issue, I have no problem helping. However, my son is immune-compromised and being in such close proximity to your driver as a result made me extremely uncomfortable, and quite frankly, angry, at the lack of care your company showed by not enforcing a strict mask policy.The rep was nice enough,but after he left and I thought on it all more I decided I needed to reach out to say something to Zero Rez. I both texted and sent an email regarding my discomfort and that I think all drivers should be required to wear a mask right now. I got ZERO feedback from anyone. No response whatsoever. I would have at a minimum expected someone to reach out to me regarding my concerns, but this didn't happen, further proving to me you clearly don't care about your customers. I would never recommend you based on this, and won't be using your services again. Furthermore, I will be sharing this with my friends so they also know to ask the right questions when looking for rug/carpet and upholstery cleaning and only work with companies who show through their actions they actually care about their clients. While my rep was nice, I definitely felt pressured to not proceed with the cleaning we initially scheduled, and go with a more expensive in-house treatment. It was as though he had already made up his mind he wasn't interested in doing the cleaning in-house and was working every angle to get me to agree to a more expensive treatment. Part of why I agreed was because I didn't want him in my home for an extended period of time while he had no mask on, and around my son whom I've had to keep in quarantine due to his compromised respiratory system. You really should take much more care in not only trying to make your clients feel comfortable out of the gate, but at least respond when you receive a valid concern. I am left feeling taken advantage of, and with the impression you clearly put profits before people.
