I had Zerorez do my carpets earlier in the summer. I had them come back this month (September) to clean my kitchen floor and hallway. While they were here I asked for an estimate to clean and seal my bathroom tiles, for two bathrooms. They first checked my flooring to ensure they uised the proper process and then gave me an estimate for the tile and advised they could do it the same day! Their prices was very fair. Everything turned out fantastic. The tile turned out better than I thought it would, especially since it was not sealed (and we're talking five years!).
The team was very timely, professional, courteous and personable. I highly recommend Zerorez--you will be happy you those them!

Our carpet is over 25 years old - but it initially was an expensive carpet. Over the years, we have used numerous carpet cleaning companies to clean it. Plus, I've tried cleaning it by myself. NOT me or ONE COMPANY we used has cleaned it as well as ZEROREZ. It is old, but it looks newer than some of the new carpets I've seen in other houses.
The technicians are knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient.
they even got dog urine out and you would never know it had been in there.. We will never use anyone else.

He was professional: Very respectful, listened closely, answered all of our questions, and demonstrated significant knowledge of what he was doing and why, as well as having a significant knowledge of the different types of materials that are used to make carpets and rugs.

Excellent service and clean carpet every time! Greg was very thorough and worked really hard. He explained what he was going to do and checked to see if we needed any additional services. I hope ZeroRez has a great retention policy for employees because Greg is one employee they really need to keep! I am extremely pleased with with the process and the outcome. Thank you!
