I was helped ahead of my appointment. The hair stylist was very sweet and empathetic to my hair needs. She did an excellent job and I will go back to her again. I think I have found my salon and my hair stylist.
Wonderful service, but I am a basic individual, so to speak. I passed on the MVP package. I have had it before, but it is not something I need or look for.

Generally. I really like this place and have been going for a long time. The last stylist I had was great. However, I was surprised about the 15.00 charge for mustache and beard trim. I just asked her if I could borrow the trimmer and she said she would do it, no mention of the cost. I let it go. So. in the future I will not elect to pay for that!

It depends on who cuts your hair. There is one particular stylist that I pick because she does a great job. She pays attention to detail and what the client is asking for. There is a stylist that I specifically try not to choose because she does not seem to be as attentive and if you’re not choosing a shampoo, then the loose hairs don’t get cleaned up at all from your face. On top of that, when it comes to paying she likes to stand right next you while you pay and set the tip. If she’s not getting the maximum tip, the she’s not happy. All in all, I’ve been going there for many years because I know my haircut will look good.
