I take my 6 yr old grandson and the price is a little steep for his age, but he does love Ms. Rachel and he is very relaxed with her. He even talks to her! So overall, I don't mind paying the price as long as he isn't scared and can tolerate what is going on around him.

At this specific store location, I feel the massage chairs need to be replaced. During my last several visits, I could barely feel the vibration during the wash. The handheld shoulder massager also hasn’t been working properly. During my last visit, the stylist had to bang on it to get it to work, and even then, it didn’t seem to work very well. Unfortunately, I left without feeling as relaxed as I have after previous visits. I’ll probably try another location next time.

I like my stylist Leslie. She is amazing
The woman who has been doing my hair at this location has always been incredibly welcoming. Feels like chatting with an old friend each time I show up. The services themselves have been great, I came in after working all day worried all the sweat I had in my hair would be a problem but I was cleaned up, trimmed and shampooed all with great care and speed. I will continue to use this location and even have taken time to let my coworkers and other acquaintances to use this location as well.

Excellent service yesterday I have been a loyal client for many years
Retrain or replace stylus that received complaints possibly bring in someone from other stores to review or address complaints once when visiting a store in Wichita Kansas I had the stylus destroy my hair with thinning shears I return the next day the manager cut my hair personally continue to take up for the stylist and then destroyed my hair even worse because obviously that's the person train the other one at no point did anyone reach out to resolve a problem follow up see if I had been satisfied or make any kind of amends for the situation now this is a one-off thing I have been fairly happy with most all of my other experiences but this one was ridiculous

Our girl Maighann ROCKS! She works so well with our 13 yr old son. She treats him like a little brother - in a professional way. It's pretty entertaining to watch the 2 of them interact.
She is in high demand. With School pictures coming up, there was a 240 minute wait time for her!
The atmosphere was great! The haircut was not. It is uneven, almost bowl cut like, can barely tell my son got a haircut the next day.
Great Haircut and shampoo at the best store in the Missouri City Area. A big shout out to MARIA G. She styles my hair perfect every time. You know it is a good job if your wife or husband approves of the cut. ha! Great Job!
