Jess is why I go there. She’s been cutting my hair for 16 years now. She always k about my family and loves hearing updates about our daughters. She cut my hair for all the most important days of my life, My wedding, Anniversaries, birth of my girls, family trips, birthdays, holidays. She awesome and worth waiting 2-3hrs in line to get a haircut from.

Wait times should be shorter.
The stylist did not inform me that she was going to charge me extra for my 5yr olds hair wash & message. She said “because it’s your 1st time, it’s the same cost $23/jr cut”
The proceeds to charge me $29 ($37 after tip).
