When I am traveling I have found that I can rely on Sports Clips to give me as good a haircut that is as good as any that I get in my home town, College Station, Texas.
This particular time I had about an hour to spare before a meeting in Katy, Texas. My prior experiences with Sport Clips encouraged me to stop at this location in Katy.
My trust was rewarded.
The stylist at this Katy location was personable, paid close attention to details and had me on my way without cutting corners. If I am in the area again and need a haircut, I will certainly stop at this Sports Clips.
My stylist was very helpful and knowledgeable about giving me advice on hair care routines. I've been growing my hair out for three years, and went in to get a maintenance trim around the ears and to cut any split ends. I learned more about hair care from Alezandra than any other stylist or barber I've been to!

I was disappointed with my recent experience at Sport Clips for two reasons. First, I was given the MVP service without being told that it would cost extra. The stylist simply asked whether I wanted my hair washed to remove the loose hair after the haircut, so I did not realize I was agreeing to an upgraded service or an additional charge.
Second, I was also dissatisfied with the haircut itself. I specifically requested a roughly 1.5-inch scissor cut all around, with the hair slightly longer on top and shorter on the sides. Instead, the top was left too long while the sides were cut much shorter than I wanted. This left my hair looking bulky and rounded on top rather than having the natural, balanced shape I requested.
The haircut initially looked acceptable because my hair was wet and styling products had been applied. However, once my hair dried and I could see how it looked naturally, I was able to tell that the cut did not match what I had asked for.
I would like Sport Clips to refund the full amount I was charged, including the unexpected MVP charge, given that I was not informed of the additional cost and was dissatisfied with the haircut itself.

I have been a client for some years and rarely am i disappointed in the service, wait times, etc. Stylists are always friendly and professional. I will most certainly continue being a customer as long as the services are kept up to par as everything is now.

Maighann is awesome! She does both my hair and my 5 year old’s, and always does a great job. She’s super patient with him and does a really good job making him feel comfortable while he’s getting his haircut. We always have a great experience with and definitely recommend her!
