i signed in with the app and it gave me an arrival time which I did and I was early but when I arrived at the store the wait time had added about 30 minutes for some reason. Need to make that work better so time is not wasted.

I added a guest in the app, but it never showed up at the store. They were very nice and accommodated us. The only thing I have always wanted is to have some sort of history of WHO cut my hair. I never remember their names, and although they give you cards, I always lose them. Food for thought...

I first went to the Brazos Crossing location in Rosenberg. I asked for a specific stylist.The board said 23 minute wait. While waiting the lady I asked for was on her phone buying something. I heard her giving her credit card number as I'm still sitting waiting. I waited and waited beyond the 23 minutes. Finally I gave up and went to your location in Aliana. Again I wated for first avaIable. Again it was a 20 something minute wait. Then one of the cutter got into an arguement about his place in line. Some confusion about this and the customer got mad and left. I FINALLY got my hair cut! Not a pleasant experience and not one I want to repeat.

I got a good haircut
I like that you have stylists that want to make sure your hair is cut to your satisfaction & advises you on how to achieve that. What I don’t like is that y’all charge to trim my beard(goatee). It takes 60 seconds to run over it & you charge $9. That is ridiculous. That should be included in the price of the haircut.

I’ve been coming to this Sport Clips location for a few years now, and I can honestly say I’ve always had a great experience. Andrea consistently does an amazing job—she pays attention to detail and always makes sure my haircut comes out exactly how I want it. It’s hard to find that kind of consistency, and it’s the reason I keep coming back. Highly recommend!
