SAYRA did a great job, very nice person!
Janet at the Brenham location butchered my son’s haircut. It was frankly embarassing. Went to the William D. Fitch location in College Station. It was that bad. The 45 minute drive was worth it. Rebecca was great and very gracious. She made it look great!

Farah is an excellent stylist.
The hairdresser is new and this is not a complaint about her but the system that allowed her to be doing haircuts on her own. My cut took twice the time and when I got home I realized it looked like I had my haircut 3 weeks ago. She doesn’t know how to set the clippers on the skull so even with the guard the hair remains long. How was she allowed to cut hair without proper training?

I work at a sportsclips in another town and i took my brother here for a simple haircut and it was completely unblended, his hair on top was uneven and so were his bangs, she cut to high around his ears with the trimmers and then left a bunch of hair in some parts, and left him with hair all over him and didn’t even try to wipe it off with a towel or the blow dryer or anything and when i was asking why he was so dirty she just giggled, i didnt say anything about the cut in store bc i didnt want them to try and fix it and mess it up even more i decided i will fix his hair when i can

Your website is awful. Especially, mobile phone site. I checked in from home and when I got to the store, nothing. Had to reenter everything and wait 35 minutes longer. It's the second time at this store. Makes me want to go elsewhere. And by that I mean other than Sports Clips.
There are a couple ladies that I always go to and they are always great. I’m always pleased with my haircut.

The staff are always friendly and talented. The atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable.
