The place is clean
Rochelle at Davis St Conroe location is the best! My son is autistic and cannot sit still for a haircut and often has melt downs during, and she handles him like a champ! We later found out she used to be a special needs teacher and it all made sense. We will make the 2 hour drive to her every single time!
Transparency during the haircut for added charges.
I have been going here for 10+ years and never had an issue. Yesterday I was asked if I wanted a hard part which I get 75% of the time when at this location. I noticed my haircut was more expensive than usual, but it wasn’t until I got home I noticed I was charged $7 for a precision haircut. Also, the hard part was crooked and cut very wide which is also the first time I’ve had a bad hard part cut.
I will continue to go here but would prefer I be told if something would be extra in the future.
