Dear SportsClips Sienna Plantation Owner,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing this review to formally report an incident that occurred today at your Sienna Plantation location involving the manager, Brittany. I have been a loyal client of this SportsClips for approximately one year, consistently receiving excellent service from hairstylists Maria, Diana, and Maria Dubois. Unfortunately, today’s experience was deeply disappointing and concerning.
I visited the salon with my 6-year-old son for his haircut. As his parent, I always remain next to him during his haircut for safety and comfort. All chairs in the area were empty, and I sat in one of them while my son was being attended. Manager Brittany approached me and instructed me to wait outside. I explained that my son is a minor and that I needed to remain beside him. Despite this, she insisted that I leave the area, stating she did not want to clean the chair I was sitting on. She further stated that my mother and I would "dirty her floors," raising her voice at us in a rude and disrespectful manner.
I informed her that I have been a client of this location for a year and have always experienced exceptional service from the hairstylists. However, Brittany continued speaking in an aggressive tone and attempted to escalate the situation. She eventually told me that I could "look at him from the door," which is not an appropriate or safe expectation for supervising a 6-year-old child.
During this incident, I also witnessed Brittany speaking rudely and shouting at the hairstylists, who appeared uncomfortable. This behavior is not reflective of professionalism, leadership, or the customer service standards expected from SportsClips.
This experience made me feel unwelcome and disrespected at a location where I have always felt valued. The hairstylists continue to demonstrate professionalism, kindness, and excellent customer service. However, Brittany’s conduct significantly affects the environment and the reputation of this SportsClips location.
I respectfully request that this incident be reviewed and addressed appropriately. I believe Brittany would benefit from additional training in respectful communication, customer service, leadership, and conflict resolution. My hope is that this feedback leads to positive improvements so that clients can continue to feel comfortable and welcomed.

Great experience. I was using Tune-Up but their service has gone downhill bad, to the point where you have to ask for the service included. The service is supposed to include a haircut, shampoo, hot towel and a style. They don’t provide it unless you ask and then you have to ask for each one. The stylist always seem put off when you ask. I decided to give y’all a try and am glad I did. The stylist was very personable and friendly and gave me a great experience. Goodbye Tune-Up

I took my son for a haircut, and when I began speaking to Latoya, it was immediately apparent she was in a bad mood. Her attitude and tone of voice were such that I asked to change to a different stylist. Tonya was absolutely wonderful and kind. We were lucky to meet her and will go back just to see her.

I’m a senior citizen and have been using your establishments for years. This past week I received a haircut and asked if they would trim my eye brows and get the mustache hair away from my mouth. I was changed an extra $7.00 for 20 seconds of work. This was the first time I have been charged for this type of request. I am totally appalled at the charges you set, especially for retirees. I will most likely not recommend your establishments and will make sure any one I know thinking of using your business, I will let them know of the high cost!
