Your “stylist” Kylie did me completely wrong yesterday. Keep in mind she’s done my hair before and did a fine job. Evidently she was having a bad day yesterday and had a really rude attitude. I’ll be back for someone other than her to fix it.

The online lineup wait times is rarely accurate. On this particular visit there was a zero minute wait time so I popped in instead of running other errands first. When I walked inside literally seconds after joining the lineup, the wait time had increased to 51 minutes.
Completely messed my beard up, very uneven and sides dont match i had to go home and shave it off, I get my head shaved bald so they couldnt mess that up, but my beard is the only hair I have and definitely ruined it.....make it right by giving me a free head shave but definitely never touching my beard again

Cathy gives the best haircut and beard trim I've ever had. She takes her time and gives great attention to detail. I'm more relaxed in her chair than I've ever been at any barber.

They're is a lot of turnover in stylists. I wish I could get one who sticks around from month to month.
Too often I feel like the person I am working with is not giving a complete treatment - no eyebrow trim, no ear trim, no finishing work at all. They still want a big tip though.
Always welcomes in. Listens to my request just in case different than notes in system.
Offers me product suggestions. But always find out what I use first if any.
