I really like the shampoo and wash. You can go and keep running errands without a bunch of hair on you and being itchy from it. The sports on the TVs are awesome. The friendly stylist makes the experience that much more pleasant.

I am pleased with the exceptional service provided by everyone but the new person. I received my usual MVP. She was rough on the haircut, weak in her hands with the scalp massage, and didn't put enough pressure on the vibrating massage wand. I later discovered my scalp was breaking out for about 5 days. No new products were applied to my scalp so I can only attribute it to the pressure applied for the haircut and a potential hygiene issue.
