My stylist was extremely nice and personable, and the haircut looked good. Her clippers when she trimmed my neck and the edges scratched and cut my skin. It was uncomfortable, but I kept thinking it was almost done or it was just an unusual angle that scratched, but it left me with red marks along my neck and hairline and above my ears. I can provide pictures as well.
I appreciate the attention to detail and how professional my stylist was.

I used the website to check in online. I selected the name to check in and it stated I was on deck without asking me what time I wanted to reserve for. I called the location and explained that I would not be there for another 30 minutes and that the website did not allow me to select a booking time. The employee notified me that she could not change a reservation time but would hold my spot in the system. When I arrived (25 minutes after the call) I received a message in the parking lot that I was no longer in the lineup. I went inside and noticed there were now three additional guest moved to the front of the line. I stood at the check-in register for about 5 minutes with occasional glances from the employees and complete silence before any of the workers even acknowledged me. The total experience that was estimated to be 24 minutes after arrival was over an hour. They worked at extremely slow paces and would take about 10 minute breaks between cuts. This was my first experience with the Magnolia location and likely will be my last. I recommend they model there services off of the Tomball location. I feel the customer service needs a lot of work. I've never walked into a barber shop and had workers stare at me and not say a single word and have me just standing there. I have also never experienced such lack of motivation to want to work.
I went in, explained what i want and agreed to shampooing as well.
it was not done properly and asked to make it look good, she starts getting annoyed and started to rush with no patience.
she rushed and took me straight to the counter instead of wash and charged me for MVP. When i said that I asked for wash and you did not do it and charging me MVP she just changed the name with same price. Having spent 42$(10$ Tip) I was not satisfied.
she was very rude at billing telling me it is what it is.
I tried to talk to Manager Alexandria over the phone about my experience and she hang up the call on me, i tried calling again and some one picked up the call and took my name and phone number to give a call back from manager but never received a call.
I felt people are too judgmental here, they judge whether they receive tip or not and their attitude changes, how can you decide by seeing a person face they will tip you or not.
Great haircut, great customer service
Previously at a different location, my haircut was messed up, I was offered a free VIP to make up for it and went back to my stylist there. After sitting in the waiting room for 45 minutes, I was on deck for Linda to cut my hair, when some guy walks in and Linda came up front told him to come on back and moved me out for another 30-minute wait! I left not ever to come back!
This location was nice, the stylist took good care of me, and everything was good. I drove 40 minutes to this location from my home. Most of the time, I do not have the time to go that far out. I really like the brand and the atmosphere. That is the only reason I came back.
I love the MVP shampoo experience and the massage afterwards. The chair is feels good, but the hot towel sells it very well. Manager Brittney really gave me a wonderful experience as she always does and I ended up buying the Mitch Heavy hitter as a result of her speaking with me and giving the experience with it during the MVP shampoo, it really worked more out from my hair which I want, need, and love.

Renee does a great job. Every few years I have to find someone new to cut my hair. I guess I am picky, because it takes me a while to find someone whose work I like. Hopefully Renee will be able to keep cutting my hair for a long time to come!
