Four visits.
First went fairly well. Location off 2154 college station Texas. Stylist's was good. Wait time was terrible. Partly my fault because I was unfamiliar with process.
Second visit at the store on university in college station. Great. Great. Great visit. Arrived at 9:00. Checked in and sat down almost immediately. Great stylist.
Third and fourth visits. Terrible. Back at the store off of 2154 in college station.
Not very good stylist and the waiting was terrible. I checked in thru the app and was told there was a three minute wait. I was one exit away. I hurried and got a text that said I was on deck. Make my way to the store. I checked in right at the three minute First name removed. Then sat and sat, while three others went before me. I got a text while waiting that said my original check in got screwed up and I needed to speak to a stylist. I did and was told I was fine. Do not worry. Then another person went in to sit down. I looked up and the screen said 20 minute wait.
Ain't doing that anymore. You lost a potential life long customer. There are plenty of other haircut places in this area. Out you go.

Training your employees
The stylist was friendly and attentive.
My regular stylist seems to have disappeared so I thought I just show up and get the next available stylist. I signed in and there was no wait. Danielle was great. Great conversation and a great cut. I’ll be back for sure!

Madelyn is the only stylist whose haircuts I have consistently received compliments for. I don't even live in Sugar Land, but I have to drive out there for my haircuts because, as a dude, we just don't get compliments that often and there's no way I'm going to give up on those dopamine hits.

It’s been such a struggle to find someone who can cut my hair by just telling them small details and have it come out perfect. On top of that Jennifer recommended the right product for my hair. The experience was fast, easy, and relaxing. I would definitely recommend Jennifer to anyone looking for great haircut or if you’re struggling to find the right hairstyle. I’ve definitely found my favorite place for a haircut.
