I arrived at 4:30pm. Posted closing time was 5:00pm, so I figured I was good. No one was in the waiting area and no one in queue on the monitor. I was told to come back as they were "at capacity for the day." I asked if there was any way to fit me in, and they said okay. I checked in on the computer and had a seat. Around 4:40, Julie finished with her client and then went in the back. Around 4:50, I was in the chair. I told her I usually do a high and tight, with supershaver on the sides and back. I was then told it was an extra $10, which surprised me. I don't normally get charged extra for that during a haircut, but it was my first time there. I decided to pass, and Julie said "zero on the side?" I said yes. Before I could even comment any more, she began cutting my hair all the way up the sides. I didn't have a chance to specify how high the high and tight would be, or talk about fading, etc. She worked very quickly, and seemed to be very rushed. I literally just shut down and sat there. Everything was very rushed and forceful, as if she was mad it was close to closing time and was visibly irritated. She finished very quickly... like twice as fast as most people cut my hair. I looked in the mirror. My hair was butchered. The sides were uneven, amd I could still see stray hairs on top. At that point, she looks at me and says, "Are you good? Do you like your haircut." The tone was again rushed and one of irritation. I quietly said "Im fine. I'm going to go" or words to that effect. She gave me a military discount when asked (thank you), and I still tipped her $6, even though I wasn't happy. My wife was waiting for me outside, and she immediately noticed my hair was not right. I went home and took photos of it and then took my own clippers to the top of my head. I did several careful passes. The hair in the sink was different lengths, confirming she had missed quite a few spots. This was the worst haircut I've had in at least 10 years. Very disappointing.

I like that everyone is friendly and helpful and always ask how I’d like my haircut. They always do a great job on my hair and add lotion or powder for my scalp if it needs any product to make it more healthy.

I arrived at the Huntsville, TX location as soon as the store opened at 9:00 a.m., and there were four stylists already present and working with customers. My wait time was very short before I was called. My stylist reviewed the notes for my preferred haircut to confirm that it was what I wanted that day before beginning.
My time in her chair was very enjoyable. My stylist made me feel like I was the only person in the store during my visit. Her ability to perform her work while fully engaging with me was truly remarkable. While some stylists may converse without making eye contact because they are focused on their task, my stylist was different. She maintained eye contact, listened attentively, and made me feel genuinely valued and heard. Her intentional and sincere approach made the experience exceptional.
Overall, the experience was very positive. The atmosphere was wonderful, the customer service was excellent, and I highly recommend this location.

This was my first time there for my son to have his haircut. We were a walk in customer so I liked how easy it was to just sign yourself in and wait for the next available stylist. The service was fast and the cut came out great. Prices were reasonable too
