I like being able to see wait times and check in. I also like the stylists at my usual location, as they provide a concisely good cut and are personable yet professional.
Today Grace was particularly good! She took the time to get it just right without me having to say a word. I got home and my wife said "that's a really good haircut".

This was my first time there for my son to have his haircut. We were a walk in customer so I liked how easy it was to just sign yourself in and wait for the next available stylist. The service was fast and the cut came out great. Prices were reasonable too
