When I went in they were friendly, the lady who cut my hair asked how I wanted it cut, I told her I normally do a number 2 on the sides and that the top needed about 1/2 inch cut off.
She started to cut near the back of my head first and when she go to the sides I noticed there was no attachment on her clipper, so basically she took it all the way down. I couldn't stop her then as the damage was already done, so I let her finish the cut she started
