Mirabella is at Bunker hill sports clips does an exceptional job highly recommend her and haircuts are great 5 stars but if I could recommend to anyone I would pick her she does an amazing job
At this location the lady seemed very annoyed borderline rude that I was there so early. I asked her to not cut to much off my bangs, and tried to explain why and she just kind of ignored me. I tried speaking with her a few times and she again just ignored any type of interaction. She tried to get me out as fast as possible, and butchered my hair. I won’t be going to this location again.

I asked for very little off the top and she gave me the shortest haircut I’ve had in years.
VIP haircut is fantastic. I feel a little guilty almost like I’m spoiling myself getting my haircut every couple of weeks with a nice shampoo hot towel treatment neck massage the whole deal man it’s really relaxing. There is an employee named Doris at the Bella Terra store. that is fantastic. I always go when she’s working and I’m always happy to wait. She’s also turned me onto a couple of good products that I’ve been helpful with my thinning hair. no complaints. Well done good business good service.

This store always has great energy and Becky and her team do a great job with haircuts, promoting specific product for each customer, and make the whole experience efficient. I will always come back here.

I requested stylist to keep back longer. She did not. I told stylist I did not like products. She put some in anyway. Basically did not listen to what I requested and did her own thing. In my experience this was unusual for sport clips so will be back but not to this stylist.
During the last visit the person cutting my hair appeared to be a new person and she was very timid doing her cuts. After she said she was finished I ended up with a bunch of hairs sticking out of the right side of my head. She had to ask the next "door" barber to help her even out the mess.
He tried but after getting home, my wife had to do additional trimming to keep everything even...Wife also said the neck (back) cut was not even level (straight)
New inexperience people needs to have guidance vs. allowing them to run alone.

Morgan was VERY nice and professional. I have issues with dandruff, and have dealt with a lot of judgment because of it, but she showed none, and in fact, even gave me solid recommendations for products to try and get it under control.

Jennifer the stylist i see is great. She listens to what I say and gives me suggestions about my hair. I always leave satisfied with the cut. She alo recommends products that will be great for my hair type.

I just enjoyed the overall experience.
My stylist Le Ana was very knowledgeable and greeted me with a smile. She made great conversation and made a point to acknowledge my son who was with me. Le Ana asked how I preferred my hair. Upon completing the cut and style she offered a hair wash and then asked If I had a shampoo preference. Le Ana was very pleasant throughout the experience and my hair looked great. She suggested some products for me to try to help my hair retain some moisture.
Hairdresser was excellent, very friendly and cut my hair to perfection.

Sport Clips makes it convenient and enjoyable to get a haircut. Through the app I can reserve my spot with my stylist and then drive to the salon. Instead of having to sit and wait, I can arrive and usually walk into a chair. Of course it's great to watch sports while getting a haircut and I always enjoy getting my haircut by Sandra. She is my go to and I always enjoy catching up with her. Thanks Sport Clips and Sandra!
Jonathan did a great job on my hair one of the best haircuts I’ve had. The weight was less than 5 minutes. I enjoy the app in the convenience it provides. And all the stylist are always friendly and helpful.

I didn’t realize I needed to sign in again in the store after signing in online. I was told to head to the store. I watched my name on the screen say 0 minutes, but no one called my name. I finally realized that I needed to put my phone number in at the front desk, but no one greeted me, no one helped me, no one said hello. It was 20+ minutes before I figured it out and then someone just casually calls me over to cut my hair.
The haircut was good, but I left COVERED in my own hair. I wasn’t offered a shampoo, massage, anything.
