I really appreciate how fast and efficient my haircut experience is at SportClips. The consistency and quality of service keep me coming back every time.
Easy to get in and good service
On time, great haircut, friendly people.
I like to walk-in with no appointment (during weekdays) and have little/no waiting. The check-in is simple after the first time, plus the staff are friendly and efficient. The location is close to me and easy to get in/out. The senior varsity rate is competitive. The tip selection should be offered on a scaled % rate, rather than a flat rate - I have to select a custom tip rate every time I checkout.
Ive been using Sport Clips for many years. The stores are always clean and the stylists are always friendly. I love the shampoo and hot towel.
But I really love my stylist. I have been using Soraya for a long time. She always does a great job cutting my hair and I think I ask her to marry me every time she shampoos my hair. She has magic dingers! She has an amazing positive and caring personality. Getting my haircut there is like visiting a friend.

My most recent stylist Madi did an exceptional job. As I was walking out another customer asked if she had cut my hair and I said yes. He the. Requested that she cut his hair as well. What better a compliment to be paid to this young lady.
Oh, I've always been attended to well, and haircuts are of good quality, my preferences don't overlap with the business model; big screens for traditional sports.

The app makes it easy to join the lineup without wasting time in the store. But the best reason for me to keep coming back is my stylist, Juanita. She's very friendly and welcoming and a pretty darn good hair cutter as well.

I have gotten several friends and family to switch to Sport Clips since I first tried Shy at the Richmond/S.Shepherd and received a fantastic cut that had people asked about. She unfortunately left SportClips and I found SaySay at the Holcombe location and she has given me equally fantastic haircuts and trims with scissors. Now my brother, nephew and I all go there. We really appreciate not only a very good cut, at a good price, but also the efficiency of dealing with SportClips. In and out in about a half hour. Those factors are why I go there and everyone I suggest it to, after seeing SaySay’s work, switch as well. Always a pleasure with great, fast service!

The location was promoting covid era protocols with restrictions on where to sit; partitions between the hair washing stations, and masks. My stylist was very nice and did a great job, but I will not return to that location
