I like that I was able to walk in, check in and immediately be taken for my haircut. I was given another great haircut. I like the friendly staff and the consistently great service.

The reservation system in the app is horrible. 50% of the time you arrive and the person has just started working with another customer. This is a real inconvenience. Additionally, the quality of work between the stylists is widely varying, very inconsistent.
Also, some of the stylists are great, but some are not good people or smell like cigarettes or worse like weed. Just not consistent at all. Maybe move to a merit based system and start firing the ones which are not being consistently reserved
Eva is great at what she does and knows how to do it right. She’s very enjoyable to talk to and goes above and beyond in making it more than just a haircut.
