It’s quick and easy and we like that they play sports while we wait.
I like the process of checking in. I usually do a walk-in and often I'm seen very quickly, but even if the store is busy, I can see where I am in line. I also like that you keep track of my hairstyle, so every stylist knows what to do, and of course I like the hair wash, towel, and massage, which combine to make it a very pleasant experience that I look forward to.

I believe the lack of consistency regarding the level of professional skill in stylist should really be considered! Joni is my preferred hair cutter, mainly because she is good at her paid occupation. I've not been able, with much consistency to find her not working on another client. Hence, I've discovered the differences with other employees to cut my hair. Some good, some not so good.
So I'll now let my hair grow longer than I would want it, but I'll now wait for Joni to do the honors.
I like the scalp and hair serum it helps my scalp feel good after not being used to be buzzed.

My stylist was Alica and i had asked for layers on the back and a clean up around the neck and ears. She was able to do it extremely well I’m very satisfied with the service. she was able to understand exactly what I was saying for my haircut and the shampoo and massage treatment was a very excellent experience. I 100% recommend going to this location and getting your haircut done here as they know exactly what they are doing, I had zero issues.
