The new location is great and has plenty of parking. Jackie and Tu are the best!!
Stop agressively pushing washes after the cut. It is ok to ask once, but if the customer says no, leave it at that and do not insist.
You must have some kind of incentive to push hair washes, but it drives the wrong behavior.
On my last visit, at least the stylist was pleasant about it, even though I had to refuse 3 or 4 times, but on my prior visit (in January), the stylist was downtright hostile about my three or four refusals, which explains why it took more than 8 months to come back.
