the ladies at the location I get my haircut at are always friendly and always do a great job cutting my hair! I have a regular stylist that does great! but even when she is not available, the other stylist do a great job cutting my hair.
Too much inconsistency with the people cutting hair. The last lady was awesome, but most of the time the experience is less than desirable.

First scheduling an appointment shouldn’t be so hard.
And second the stylist should listen to the customer of what they want and how they want their hair done. Every time I tell the stylist what I want done and I only get about half of what I want and it’s been like that for at least over two years since I’ve been going there. The stylist are nice but nice doesn’t give me a haircut.

Refund my money for the terrible chopped up haircut that I got. I had to go somewhere else a couple days later to get my hair fixed.

Completely satisfied with my hair cut but very very unhappy with your check-in. Last visit I checked in at the house with a 45 minute wait. when I got there I was on the board for a 35 minute wait. When my time ran out it jumped back to a 35 minute wait. Someone with the same time as I, had “next available”. There were two Hair Style-list finishing at the same time but my stylist took the gentleman that had“next available”. I walked out and came back later.
This last visit same thing happen, but my stylist knew to let the other finish and then she could take me. I am so disappointed that I am considering changing locations. This would be a shame because I like my Stylist.

Friendly place to get a hair cut but there is no consistency in hair styles.
I get our grandson hair cut here often.. Queen was such a sweet person and she's good and fast.. she cut our granddaughter hair for us as well.. I'd highly recommend her to anyone
