I gave very clear directions on trimming front of my sons hair and sideburns - THAT IS ALL! It was very clear that she could not do that as she gave him a fade in the back. It’s ok if the haircut does not take up the whole time alotted if it’s not necessary. My sons were very upset. We miss ISLAND!

Jae was very precise and attentive to the request and needs of care to cut my son's hair. I am so impressed with her precision of cut. I highly recommend Jae. I will be bringing my other grandsons to come specifically for Jae.

Giselle consistently delivers a great haircut. I set up my visit through the app and was concerned about set up the visit so late in the day. However, Giselle let me know that my late arrival wasn't a problem and was very accommodating. She is great to talk with during the haircut and always provides superior service.

My haircut was just what I asked for and is every time.
Today, there was way too much talking amongst employees instead of getting customers in and out. One employee in particular (Ravens Jersey) never shut up. I understand them being sociable and asking about my day and all but when your sitting in the waiting area wanting to get in and out, its pretty frustrating having to listen to all the babble. I stopped by a couple of times today and it was standing room only. Finally, i stopped by and there was only a couple of others in the waiting area but there were several on the board listed as "in store" but i think they must have got tired of waiting around and left. I come here to get a hair cut and get in and out. Don't mind the interaction with the employees as long as they can talk and cut hair at the same time. My stylist did a great job today and in a timely manner; however, there was one that was stalling the whole process. Sorry for the criticism but i really felt like i don't want to come back here again.

Your check in system is rude and unfair. It needs to be first come first served. The stylist photos are too small so I selected the wrong stylist. I paid for a poor haircut. Your shop leaves a very poor taste in my mouth.

Brandi was very frendly, courteous and most professional. I will return for my second cut in about four weeks (as normal) for me. So far NO strikes.
Great haircut
Drea always gets me right, I can’t help but request her even if there is a wait. She’s friendly, and soft spoken, and is always very professional and thorough when cutting my hair. She takes extra care when I get my eyebrows trimmed and gives the most relaxing shampoo with hot towel. I can’t always tip large, but I try to because she makes it worth it. Thank you Drea for another amazing cut.
