Quick, professional, courteous service at a reasonable price
It hasn't been disappointing more so frustrating that every time I go into your establishment as big as you are there is never the same hair stylist there.
Make sure stylists are properly trained, I’ve had multiple haircuts in the past 6 months I wasn’t happy with. Went to Alvin location for my last cut and Ashley was very good!!

Athalie was very intentional with her service. I could tell she values knowing the customer more than just performing the service. The exceptional customer service (from everyone) is the reason I choose to get my haircut in Texas City, despite living an hour away.

The staff was wonderful and this was my limited verbal 19yr old autistic son’s first time going into the business were my husband gets his haircut and the ladies were so warm and welcoming and were just wonderful.

Everyone is so welcoming when you arrive. Tammy at the Victoria, Texas location is the only person I will let touch my adult autistic son. I bring him home from college which is a hour and 40 minutes, just for Tammy. She is very understanding and patient. We literally walked out the door because she had a long wait before closing and came back at 10 in the morning to be 1st in line to get Tammy.I recommend her to others. She is FABULOUS!!!!

Nai offered excellent service from start to finish! I carefully explained what I wanted with my haircut. She listened attentively and then actually did exactly what I asked! She also offered me a shampoo and massage, and then proceeded to sell me a bottle of shampoo. I NEVER buy shampoo from the hair salons, but the way she explained how it would help me made me want to buy it. She wasn't salesy, but she gave me good information about the product, told me where I could find even more information about it, and told me how it would benefit my hair. She was nice, respectful, knowledgeable, and skilled, and I am HAPPY to leave this review for her. Thank you Nai!! I will be back!
