Rachel is top shelf and very professional. She knows exactly how to cut and shape my hair.
I had a 5$ coupon. Amount due showed up as 25$ before I gave my 5$ coupon. Amount due should have dropped down to 20$ but nope! Instead, amount due was raised to 30$ and then dropped down to 25$. Basically the store didn’t want to honor the coupon or rather tried to show me as if they applied the coupon

Alezandria is an incredible stylist. She knows customer service and makes sure the client is taken care of. She clearly is a leader among her peers.

The quality of haircuts from one stylist to another was vastly different. This time I went with the one I know and like the best. My previous haircut was bad by the next day.
Sports Clips is a great place for a man (or woman) to get the hair cut. it's a nice atmosphere and stylists are very good. Online scheduling is great.

I like the triple play a lot. I don’t care so much for the shoulder and neck massage with handheld massager at the end but everything else is great.
One of the reasons I keep returning to sports clips was the scout massage during the shampoo. I always ask the stylist to extend the scout massage and if they do, I tip additional.

My hair was cut shorter than I requested. I asked for it to be cut to my collar bone, and it was instead cut to the top of my shoulders, even a little shorter. I think maybe it was cut this short accidentally because it was cut again during the layering part of the haircut, but I could be wrong. Maybe it just wasn't measured correctly.
A constantly clean environment, that's not grimey no weird smells in the air friendly community and staff that know how to work with the hairstyle when unsure with what I'm looking for sometimes.

facility was clean and not very busy which was perfect because I was in a hurry. I also received a very good haircut to the exact specs/style I requested which as of late has been a problem at the last 5 or 6 establishments.

The store is clean, the service is fast, the staff is attractive, clean and friendly.
Lilly had horrible customer service, she didn't want to have a conversation and didn't offer the services in a good manner. I felt like i was an inconvenience to her time. She was watching her own shows on a phone instead of focusing on the cut. Not coming back to this location.
Maria was very professional and polite, she understood the cut I was looking for and exceeded my expectations.
