Service is usually fast if you use the app to get in the lineup. I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad experience at SportClips yet. When it comes to products, I always get shampoo and conditioner from SportClips. I usually get Monica E to cut my hair, she’s great!

I have not obtained any products due to high prices comparatively to box stores or amazon. The service is usually hit or miss until you find a stylist that does a good job, and then I try to continue going to them, but because the schedule isn't ready accessible, there is no way to know whether or not that person will even be working. Certainly a helpful upgrade to the system would be to at least know who is available on what days, not just the day of. I understand there is no "appointment" model desired, the fact that some cuts are horrendous make it a scary proposition to just "show up" to a new stylist and hope for the best. I did that yesterday and had a great experience, but had not been to this store my last few cuts because of how bad my experience before this was. Just my thoughts, but hopefully they are considered. Thanks!

Usually easy to get in. The stylists are professional and do a good job. And, the price is at a good point.
I was literally the only one in there waiting for the next available person. The person that cut my hair was great little awkward. She called out three different names that weren’t mine. Then another lady walked up and said First name removed and I said yeah that’s me. She said we called you four times. Why didn’t you answer? I said you didn’t call my name four times you said three different names no we called you four times yelling at me. I’m like wow OK I don’t know what to do at this point. my instinct was to leave the lady cutting my hair just said let’s go so I went ahead and did it but I probably won’t be back. normally I go in. I get the full MVP thing, but I couldn’t get out of there fast enough..
Great job there is 2 ladies that cut my hair and they care about how it looks. ( Elena and Ivon ) Also I enjoy the conversation we have I only go to them.

I get an excellent haircut and beard trim. It’s one of the things that I do for myself. A little preferential treatment. And I get the works most of the time. I highly recommend it.

For the past 22 years, I have only gone to the Cypress Mill location. I find the people to be professional, friendly, and very meticulous.
The services offered are very reasonably reasonable. The products that are available are better than what one might get from another store. I am retired and on a fixed budget, but I still follow the same adage…” You get what you pay for.”
The online check in method through the App allows for expeditious service, where the wait time is minimal; and shows the stylist’ that are available. I have no doubt that all of the stylists’ are capable. But there are mainly two ladies that I prefer, Alysha & Laresha. When I come in I do not need to give any instructions. They automatically know what I want in a haircut.
