Had a great time at your shop yesterday. Walked in and there was no waiting! A rare occurrence...Roshelle (please pardon my spelling) then directed me to her chair. I kind of explained what I wanted, somehow she made sense of that and gave me a great haircut. I couldn't ask for a better experience. I'll be looking for Roshelle every time I visit that location.

Very friendly and dependable stylists
My hair stylist yesterday was EXCELLENT. She listened to what I wanted and created what felt like a genuine bond/experience that would entice me to go back. The facility was also clean, and I was greeted upon entering. I did not check-in prior to my visit; however, I did review the wait time online and noted it was 0 (another great feature I love about Sport Clips).
I like that the barber never shuts up, like never !!
My technician was awesome and attentive. Took care of me and made sure she was giving me the cut that I desired.

Great energy from employee. Service was great. Offered services and wasn't pushy on what services chose. When she didn't know what product would work best for what i needed she asked another employee showing she wasn't going to guess or lie.
The stylist cut my son's and my wife's bangs extremely crooked.
I never give a perfect score, always things to improve. The stylist was nice and give good service. The shop was clean and had Bar-stool on the screens. never had any luck with the on-line platform, I just show up and get in line.
Love the mvp! Shampoo, hot towel and a shoulder massage for a decent price. And you get to watch sports, which I love!!

Service was good once I got there. But I called for a full week and no one answered the phone, nor could you leave a voicemail. Says mailbox is full. That is no way to.run a business. I called corporate to let them know how ridiculous this is. No answer and can't leave voicemail or talk to.anyone
Stylist was told what I wanted but cut it to what I assume she felt I needed, by the time I realized she was cutting it wrong, it was to late
