Courtney is a great barber! Been having trouble finding someone who could trim my beard and shape it the way I like it, but found Courtney and she does it perfect everytime! She deserves a raise!
No wait and good service. A bit expensive though
You need a better system for checking in. My estimated 39 minutes wait was a touch over an hour mostly due to people who checked in online and then showed up late. First, do a better job estimating how long the wait will be. Being off by 25 - 30 minutes is not good. Secondly, if you check in on line, you should be there when you are the top person, or in this case the top 2. They were at the top when I got there so I don't know how long they were at the top in total but one showed up in another 20 minutes and the second after another 30 minutes. They stayed in their spots in the queue. I understand a 5 - 10 minute grace period but 30 minutes?
