I arrived at the Huntsville, TX location as soon as the store opened at 9:00 a.m., and there were four stylists already present and working with customers. My wait time was very short before I was called. My stylist reviewed the notes for my preferred haircut to confirm that it was what I wanted that day before beginning.
My time in her chair was very enjoyable. My stylist made me feel like I was the only person in the store during my visit. Her ability to perform her work while fully engaging with me was truly remarkable. While some stylists may converse without making eye contact because they are focused on their task, my stylist was different. She maintained eye contact, listened attentively, and made me feel genuinely valued and heard. Her intentional and sincere approach made the experience exceptional.
Overall, the experience was very positive. The atmosphere was wonderful, the customer service was excellent, and I highly recommend this location.

The stylists do great work! The only issue I have with sportsclips is they have the name sports clips but there’s times when there’s a goid game on I want to watch and they don’t have it on.
Wonderful, friendly stylists. Especially Kita and Sophia. Clean and comfortable shop. Senior VIP package is right up my alley.
