Very fast & efficient - using the app, I usually get seated immediately (I wait for the app to show 0 checkin time, and it's less than 5 minutes from my house to Sports C). The stylist knows from the printout how I want my hair done (they ask for confirmation).
Great experience. Product is a little pricey.
Makayla (probably butchered the spelling) in the Port Arthur location is perfect. It might be because I'm 50 and have the memory of a dead rock, but I'm so impressed how she remembers me and what I want. She doesn't need the notes any more.
Usually I get annoyed with the ones that ask you a lot of questions. But not with her. She knows how to carry on good conversation.

Always an excellent haircut and the mvp treatment is wonderful.
I enjoy the vibe, the lady who attended me was very kind and easy to talk to. She gave me a nice cut as well as hair shampoo with hot towel. Overall a great experience.

I love the app and use it all the time during my extensive business travels. If I need a haircut, I open the app and look at the locations in the area and decide which location has the best wait times to fit my schedule at that moment and join the lineup.
I find very reasonable consistency of haircut quality from state to state.
Stylist Kay was extremely welcoming and calm. She listened carefully to what I was looking for in a haircut. (Backstory: It was 1.9 years since my last cut; so you can imagine what she was up against.)
I came in at the very end of the day, when other Sportclips had already turned me away. But Kay, took my call and told me she’d wait for me. I can’t express this enough - Kay never made me feel rushed. Zero frustration or annoyance on her end, even while knowing she may get out of work late because of me. Little did she know the amount of weight and stress I was carrying that evening. My dad’s funeral was the next morning and I was exhausted from all the weight & responsibilities that come with an unexpected family loss. To make matters worse, every other barber shop was booked or closed.

The service is very good.
Place was not very well maintained and clean. Staff was very nice but not good on customer service. Two employees were more concerned about their work schedule than working. Just not a good experience for my first time

I love the online check in process! I can get in line and do whatever I need to do while I wait for my stylist. Monica E is always kind to my son and listens to him as a client and not as a child, which he is but I love the respect she shows him! I recommend her to anyone that asks me for a recommendation. She’s amazing and totally worth the 2+ hour wait!!!!🫶🤩
Every experience has been an awesome one. My favorite 2 stylists Jenna and Yesi (hopefully I didn’t spell that wrong, if I did I’m sorry) have always, always done an awesome job.
