Hairstylist was very friendly not to mention. Did a great job cutting my hair. She mentioned that since it was the first time I’ve been to that location. I received a complementary VIP package, which is a nice touch. Definitely would revisit this location to have the same hairstylist cut my hair.
My boys are young and very particular about how they want their hair to look, the stylists there are always so patient and gentle with them!

I've been a customer for several years, not a demanding customer, simple haircut criteria. I've always been met by smiling faces and cheerful stylists, as well as a busy anteroom. Your turnover seems to be chronic, and I suspect your management ranks are thin. Not that I'm complaining, just an observation. I come from a time when men's barbershops included manicurists and razor toting barbers, so my expectations, such as they are, will always be shaded by those early experiences. Nonetheless, I appreciate your service, your employees, and the fact that you seem to care about how they're meeting the market. Keep up the good work because the hair won't stop growing.

Yesenia is absolutely phenomenal. Easily a 10 out of 10 experience. From start to finish, she was professional, attentive, friendly, and genuinely exceptional at what she does. You can tell immediately that she takes pride in her work and cares about giving her clients the best experience possible. She is the kind of employee a business should be doing everything it can to keep. My only complaint has absolutely nothing to do with Yesenia. The chair she is being expected to work with is old, outdated, and honestly felt like it was getting close to breaking. That is especially frustrating because it is clearly handicapping her ability to do her job with the equipment she deserves. Someone this talented should not have to compensate for worn out equipment while trying to provide a premium experience. What impressed me even more is that despite the chair, Yesenia was still amazing. She worked around it, stayed completely professional, and delivered an experience that was easily worthy of five stars. Management, seriously, get this woman a new chair. She has the skill, personality, professionalism, and customer service part completely handled. Give her the equipment to match.

Easy to get in and out with a haircut. The staff is always freindly.
Pricing was higher than I felt like it should be. I got a beard trim ($10), and a foil head shave ($10). Then I also got charged $25 for the MVP. I did not get a haircut, so I assume I paid $25 for the hot towel treatment and shoulder massage. I know the MVP is kind of the base price and then everything else gets added on, but I feel like that base should be lower if the additional services are really all you are getting.
