I’m so annoyed about my son’s haircut. I clearly told Adriana P not to cut his bangs straight across. I explained it & I was standing right there while she was cutting. What did she do? Exactly that! …straight across … the ONE thing I asked her not to do. I didn’t want to cause a scene in front of my son or the other stylists, so I didn’t say anything in the moment. This is why l choose to go spend money at a stylist because I know there are some stylist that know how to cut hair at some of these franchises but for some reason we always get somone who can’t cut bangs!! You can’t say anything cause the hair is gone. If you ask to fix it, it only gets shorter and honestly I would be too scared for her to attempt to do it.
I tried for hours to log back into my app. It says invalid password even though I have never changed it. When I gave up and tried to reset it it never allowed me to either. Very frustrating and resulted in me having to sit in the salon and just wait my turn
One of the barbers wanted to increase cost because my sons hair was tangled

I'm just mom but my 6 year old really likes coming in to get his hair cut and everyone is always so nice and does a great job. Sometimes we wait a little but that's because I forgot to make appt.. Always been good. I have taken most of my boys here and not been disappointed.
