I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding my recent visit to your salon on February 14. Several issues occurred during my appointment that left me dissatisfied and require resolution.
Coupon Rejection: I presented haircut coupons at the time of payment, which were rejected due to ineligible fine print. I had carefully reviewed the terms, and I believe these coupons should have been honored.
Manager Response: When I requested to discuss the coupon issue with a manager, their reaction appeared confused and unprepared to address the concern, and no effort was made to resolve the situation. This lack of assistance and professionalism was disappointing.
Unsatisfactory Haircut: I clearly discussed the haircut I wanted prior to the appointment, yet the final result was noticeably shorter than agreed upon. This was not the style I requested and does not reflect the professional service I expected from your salon.
Due to the combination of these issues, I am requesting a full refund for my visit. I believe this is a fair resolution given the mishandling of the coupons and the unsatisfactory haircut.
Please respond to confirm the refund and any next steps. I hope we can resolve this promptly and professionally.

I like the app which provides the ability to check wait times, select stylist and get in line remotely. I've been a satisfied, repeat customer for several years using the same stylist ("Eva"). Eva has provided the best cut & style I've ever had for years.
I really have enjoyed my experiences at Sports Clips. With three kids I am always able to make an appointment and the staff if so friendly and patience.
