Wonderful and relaxing experience.
I went in and it was empty, I was asked to sign in, all normal. But then I sat there for like 5 minutes while she talked. The chair was left very very hairy. I began wiping it, she did not notice and help. I just gave up and sat on a lot of someone else's hair. I honestly should have just left. Then when she was cutting my hair she just shaved a bunch of sideburn without even asking if I want my beard shaven and so I had to shave my whole beard off for the first time in my life. This was a violation of my customer dignity and shows a lack of attention or respect. I hope not to affect her livelihood but I wish nobody would have to experience what I did yesterday. Please give a warning first if possible, she does seem sweet and could have been having a bad day. Unless this is a pattern. Thank you for reading and happy new year, hope you have a great one.

I can use the app to see who is working and then place myself in their waitlist and get a message when the stylist is ready. Once I’m in the shop, check in is easy and I usually step right into the stylists chair.
I like that I can consistently get a good haircut quickly. The hot towel and massage and nice too.

Lielu The stylist made me feel right at home. The grooming and cutting she performed please me very much. After she finished the cut, she offered me a hair wash that was delightful. back in her stylist chair she provided a light massage on my shoulders and neck.I felt like a million bucks when I left the building.
It is easy and convenient to get the hair cut I want. I especially like the customer notes so they can read what I like to have done.
