What I like about the products is the scents. The service provided by Yeanette is skillful and genuine. I explained the issues with my hair and what type of style I expected. I was amazed of how skilled she is and how she provided perfect customer service. Since day one I have been getting the perfect haircut. Price; offers and quick turnaround
We have been to this location several times and were not happy with how our hair was cut. The lady who cut both my hair and my son's hair this time did a great job, and we will most certainly be back. Please ensure she gets the feedback, and we will be back to see her.

I came in to get just a basic haircut, (Varsity)
But because I had so much product in my hair, it required a washing first. I didn’t know ahead of time that the it would change from Varsity to MVP.
The way I found out was only at the time I was at the front desk to pay.
That was how I learned that the price had gone up.
I would have stuck in the chair and let her just use the spray bottle .
Otherwise…. Alll good

Wait time after making the non-appointment online. I get to the shop 10 mins before to checkin as recommended by the online system then have to wait 40 mins before it’s my turn. Not cool.

Excellent customer service
You need to get your coupon system more easy to implement for your associates. The haircut was fine, but every time I try to use an offer you sent me, it inevitably takes some sort of work around from the manager to get the offer accepted. This occasion the manager was unavailable and I was unable to use the coupon.
