It really depends on the location. This is the first sports clip location I found that every single employee has been amazing! They listen, interact with you and make the experience great from beginning to end. I'd love to rave about Sofia who has been so patient with my 3 boys and helped them feel confident with their hair cut. I cannot thank her enough!

Titi, the stylist was very rough in handling my hair. I went to Sportclips on village at West Oak. She kept combing my hair and the teeth of the comb was constantly getting pounded on my right ear. I even told her polietly but she did not handle me well at all throughout and rushed through the appointment.
