You provide an excellent experience from start to finish. The atmosphere is always clean, welcoming, and professional, and the customer service is top-notch. Genesis did an amazing job listening carefully to exactly what I wanted and delivered one of the best haircuts I’ve had in a long time. She was friendly, detail-oriented, and made the entire visit relaxing and enjoyable.
I also really appreciate the quality of your products and the attention to detail throughout the service. Nothing feels rushed, and you can tell your team genuinely cares about making customers feel comfortable and confident. I left feeling refreshed, looking great, and extremely satisfied. Definitely a 10/10 experience, and I’ll absolutely be coming back to see Genesis again!
My kids have been getting haircuts at this location for several years now and they have never gotten a bad haircut. Brandi and Phen took care of them yesterday and their hair is on point. Thank you ladies for an awesome job!

I can’t say enough good things about the Sport Clips Haircuts! Bri and Karina always do an outstanding job cutting my hair and taking care of me every time I come in. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly personalities make every visit a great experience.
What really stands out is how welcoming and warm the entire staff is. From the moment you walk in, they make you feel right at home. It’s rare to find a place that consistently delivers both excellent service and such a comfortable atmosphere, but this team absolutely does.
I truly appreciate the care they put into their work, and I wouldn’t choose anywhere else to get my haircut. Highly recommend the Rudder Crossing location to anyone looking for a great haircut and even better customer service!

The last two haircuts I’ve had at this location have been awful. Yesterday I had to go over to Great Clips to have my haircut fixed. Very disappointing as this location has gone down hill quickly over the last six months to a year. I get a haircut once per week and tip $12+ and I won’t be using this location. I should have listened when all the stylist had left. Zero stars for this location. I will be sharing feedback and photos with friends.
