Gisele is a great manager and stylist. She keeps the shop in great shape with a great staff of stylist.
My stylist, Mary W., was fantastic as usual so I felt compelled to complete the survey. She is highly knowledgeable and professional...terrific at making recommendations. She truly has a servant's heart and is always kind and gracious, not just with me but how she interacts with the other stylists. Always going out of her way to be a team player (I've witnessed her offering her professional advice and letting others use her equipment). She offers the right balance of introducing new products while not being too "pushy".
I would highly recommend Mary to anyone! Makes her customers feel comfortable...and is always willing to listen. She is a rockstar and Sports Clips is a better company with her on board serving her clients.
