No improvement necessary, it was a very positive customer service experience.
Haircut was uneven, cut short on the left side and longer on the right side. There was one spot on top that was cut significantly shorter than the rest.
Employees here are always very courteous
Just a great cut everytime and the hair products they use is nice and a hot towel is great also.

went here cause it was near Wal Mart while wife shopped. Tonya was going super quick, like she was in a race. hair looks horrible. sticking up in back and front uneven. Ridiculous

I appreciate how the app lets me plan based on how busy the desired store is and it was such a relief when my teen felt that he received the best cut ever with Millie.
Marisol asked what number to cut my hair. I said I don't do numbers. She proceeded anyway ans I'm very unhappy with my haircut. If the only people you can hire are ones who know how to put a number on a razor then I'll find another company. What is the point of putting notes in the computer about customers if you don't read them.
